Love this place for cleaning, fixing and alterations! I have used them for the past 7-years and won’t go anywhere else for these services. In addition to offering great service they are super friendly!

Paid over $50 for two of my daughter’s uniform skirts to be hemmed. Within a month one came completely out. Their response was to have us pay for it again, must have been my 13 year olds daughters fault with her shoes! We’ll never go back

This place is great! I've needed emergency alterations, cleaning, and garment fixes; they have all been timely and top notch.

Terrible customer service. Posted hours are meaningless, when they are open or closed or available is at best a guess.

So my girlfriend’s Mom had a rug cleaned and after picking it up there was a tear. The owner accused her dad of cutting it. Sounds like poor business practice. I now know where not to do business. Wow

So Omer just call and accused My husband of opening the rug with a knife causing the 8" cut. For one Omer.the direction of opening the rolled rug is perpendicular to the direction of the cut so that is an impossible feat and the fact that you would call and accuse a customer of that? Shame on you Sir. Please respond to these reviews so you can continue to show the public like you did in your other ONE star reviews.

So unfortunately Omer has lost a couple customers. All my shirts they just started doing a couple of months ago and my son-in-law who does his whole wardrobe. My wife dropped off a couple rugs and when we unrolled it at home there was a tear. Paid 200+. Omer says it was both our fault and they spent 2-1/2 days on it. Now you tell me that suction from an industrial machine would not expose a tear like this? I would certainly make a call to said customer and let them know. Someone saw it and if they didn't then attention to detail is something this establishment does not pride itself in. He wrote her a check for 100.00 knowing good and well that he would lose our business and that we would be doing some reviews for community awareness. I have been in Customer Service for years and years. There are time's where you lose customer's but best practice is retention and referrals. Omer made a conscious choice today to save himself 100.00. Think about the monetary factor on the long run dear sir. Should you want to refund Linda the rest of the monies then I would be more than happy to remove this review and replace it with some shiny stars.

I have been coming to Mirabella Cleaners for over a year and have been so happy with the quality of their work. I typically drop off items of clothing at least once a week, and they come back beautifully dry cleaned and pressed. Recently, I took in a dress that I was going to wear to a wedding. Although it is my size, it was at least one size larger than it should have been. The Murabella folks saved the day by tailoring it for me, and now the dress looks and fits beautifully. Aside from the quality of their work, the individuals who work at Murabella Cleaners are consistently courteous and pleasant to deal with. I am so glad that I found this place and these great people.

Worst customer service ever. They charge me for alterations that I did not ask for, and they acted as if they did me a favor. And then they accuse me of not wanting to pay. Do not go to this company.

Very rude place! Save your money and have better service at any other dry cleaners in the neighborhood, but I am shocked at how rude they were! If you read some of the other reviews, I’m not the only one that feel like they were trying to rip me off. Terrible place and awful

Needed a place to get our comforter cleaned. They did an outstanding job. Comforter came back as fresh as the day we bought it.

Friendly but very Overpriced and not satisfactory dry cleaning results for what's paid. Suggest going elsewhere.

Solid, personalized neighborhood cleaning service. Owner addresses me by name and we've never had an issue. We're also super laid-back and use their service every so often as we don't have a ton of DCO. Great job with our linen comforters & duvets.
