Brynn helped me and my family move in. Easy process and she was extremely kind throughout if I ever had a question or concern. We’ve lived here for just a month and all of our concerns have solved almost immediately every time. Thankful!

The cabinets are not in new or almost new condition. There are a lot of stains and spots on the inside of cabinets, almost looks like the beginning of mold growth.brought it to the landlord's attention and only one out of the 5 cabinets were replaced. Barely get an answer when I call office. Email seems to be the best way to reach the office staff.

Lived around Murdock since I was in middle school and it’s gone completely down a mountain no maintenance is ever kept up and any maintenance done is just a bandaid office management my has no actual power and if any type of water damage happens wether it be your neighbor negligence or yours their solution is to put a couple fans and let it air out drywall damage all through ceiling from previous neighbor flooding apartment above me and they did nothing Secuirty gates haven’t worked since 2016 more dirt around then actual grass it’s just terrible place wouldn’t recommend anyone move in here management will cut corners everywhere to save a penny

I really did not know what to expect when I went to put my name down on the wait-list for an apartment. I waited patiently while Brynn answered a bunch of questions from the ladies before me. She was patient and kind and did not rush the ladies. When she was done she greeted me with a friendly smile and tone and gladly wrote down my information. To my surprise I was able to check out one of the available apartments only 1 week later. Brynn was really great with me and answered all my questions about the apartment and facilities. I told her that I was very impressed by the friendliest of her and the cleanliness of the apartments.

The manager Yaba was very nice and knowledgeable she was very helpful in resolving any questions and documentation needed to apply for an apartment…. Gregory the assistant manager was also very very kind and sweet.
These 2 persons that has helped me to move in as soon as possible were the best team

Took my” refundable” admin fee and won’t give it back. I called and left about 3-4 messages in the past month.

Got tires stabbed 3 different times. Terrible experience. Awful decision to move here.some one some where gets up and just decides they want to vandalize my personal belongings when ever they feel like. Have not even been here for a year.
