O rating is what this should be Came into the gas station to purchase cigarettes the lady did not ID other people then deny to sale me cigarettes after I showed my Id than my husband came in and they did the same to him I’m in my 40 my husband is 36 years also they look like something that came from a scary movie could us some hair tips and take out the nasty stuff from her face

A guest visited the store on 6/14 with a mask due to testing positive for Covid. Per cashier at Pace Location Covid isn't real. Demanded mask removal before she would conduct business.customer Identified active Covid and cashier didn't care. Assistant Manager Jennifer confirmed this is the protocol and stated Store Manager Magda agrees with protocol for mask removal to conduct transaction. The Store risked exposure to Covid to all employees and other guests. Rude cashiers and managers and risked exposure to Covid.

The manager is very rude and lazy. She's a short, curly hair, caucasian woman. The line can be wrapped around the store and she will not help her staff get the line down. Instead she's always "doing paperwork or watching a video" (that can be put on pause) The rest of the staff is very nice although the manager talks to them rudely. She's not a good leader. Leaders lead by example.

Gad prices are usually fantastic, clean property and inside, but please install a changing table in the women's room!

So glad that they hired a new assistant manager there to help clean up the place! That place was always messy, disorganized and there are a couple of workers there that are unpleasant and rude the last time I was there. Mark was very helpful and pleasant in helping me pump gas in my vehicle since I am handicap. He took it upon himself to help an old dog like me! The others there didn't even want to help at all. Thank you for the great customer service!

Murphy always has good gas prices, and also sells Ethanol Free gas, therefore this is our go to destination when filling up our cars or lawnmower. They also have a lot of good snacks and drinks selection inside, however there is almost always a long line and you could be standing in it for way longer than you expected.

So I went to buy my cigarettes and a candy bar and the man working was very rude. You could tell her didn't want to be at work. I tried making small talk and he didn't say anything. I thanked him nothing even told him to have a good night and he still didn't saying anything. Atleast I got an eye roll. How nice! I understand ppl have bad days but dang you don't have to be rude to your customers! Management needs to address this before they start losing business. And on top of that the floor was nasty, the fountain area was so gross. Seeing that I didn't even use the bathroom. Murphyusa you gotta step up and fix it!

The staff are nice but the drive through is NEVER ever open. What is the point of having a drive through if you cant use it.

I have only been inside the store once. But the gas prices, including ETHANOL FREE are about the cheapest you will find in the area.

The Pace Florida store is just sorry. Always understaffed in the mornings when people in a hurry. I went in twice to buy an Arizona tea and it wouldn't scan. Told me they had to take them off the shelves. Next day they are still there and still cant buy them. Rude and slow employees. No one gets in a hurry for anything
