He was hard to take trees down and grind stumps. After he was gone we found that there were three stumps that were not ground. We called and spoke to him he said he was coming by that week and never showed never called several calls later and messages and we still haven't seen him to come back to grind the stumps.

Tim was great! He was prompt, informative, gave a good price compared with the other quotes I had and did an impeccable job! Left the house all clean and nice! Very satisfied with their service and would def use them again!

Tim and crew have been working with me for nearly 20-years from first clearing my lot of invasive trees and 30-years of overgrowth to today's removal of a 3-yr old Queen Palm damaged by Idalia but originally planted incorrectly by me. Tim has managed to keep my palms trimmed and healthy. Thanks again Tim and team for the help after the storm and thanks for the planting tips today which will help my future palms!

Murray’s Tree Service removed 10 old diseased trees (including the stumps) from a lot I am building a new home on. They were reasonably priced & my new neighbors let me know how extremely professional & organized they were. They took great care to ensure no damage to utility lines and were appropriately insured.

This is the second time we have used Murray's Tree Service. Tim, the owner, is very knowledgeable about trees and always explains why something should or should not be done and is willing to answer all your questions. The crew comes in knowing what they have to do, they do their jobs quickly and efficiently and when they leave, you would never know they had been there. The prices are reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Great experience.

Update: 07-27-2023 - We have used Murray's Tree Service for many years now and they never disappoint. This time we had several trees trimmed back and a very large stump removed. As usual, the estimate was fair. Their work is superior - fast, thorough and they leave the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. We will continue to use and recommend them for all our tree needs.

07/2023 Update: I just called on Murray's Tree Service again for two more trees to be removed with stump grinding. And again, an absolutely stellar team, crew, and experience! The office was attentive and courteous with scheduling. Tim himself was out within a day to provide an estimate, which was both rational and reasonable. Then I received a call the next day offering to move up on the schedule. Murray's Tree Service is and will be my only go-to for such services and will recommend to family and friends alike!

11/2022: An absolutely stellar team, crew, and service! Highly recommend for tree and stump removal and tree deading. Price quote was reasonable and in the middle of three estimates obtained. Courteous, friendly, approachable, and responsive. Left the yard and surrounding alley more cleaned up than when they arrived. Above and beyond!

Murray’s Tree Service recently removed a very large tree for me and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonable. The work required coordination with Duke Energy and the use of a large crane to make it possible. The whole process took a few hours and it very technical that required extensive work to complete.

I can't say enough good things about Murray's tree service. I only have one large tree in my yard and most of the places that I called wouldn't come out to trim 'only one tree'. Murray's not only agreed to take on the job, they came out the next day to provide an estimate. I thought I'd have to wait weeks to get on the schedule, but Tim had a crew at my house in only a couple of days. They expertly trimmed just the right amount off of the tree, cleaned up all of the palm seeds, and hauled the palm fronds away. Murray's made my tree look beautiful again. I highly recommend them.
