I have been a customer for approximately 10+ years and have nothing but great things to say about Joe. He routinely addresses my personal needs and answers every concern and question with professionalism and knowledge. Several of my co-workers use him and they feel the same way. Joe is a true professional in his field. If you enjoy old fashion customer service, then don't hesitate to use him. I'm a customer for life!

Dr. Mutter is a fantastic clinician. I refer patients who complain about their hearing to him all the time and I never hear anything but positive feedback about him. I have been telling my father to see him for years, because the hearing aids he got from the VA never worked well. Yesterday he was so miserable because they were literally screaming with feedback that I could across the room. I finally got him to drive over to see Dr. Mutter, who fixed them in just a minute and for no charge. He was so impressed and thrilled and made an appt for a full evaluation. Today his quality of life is 100 times better than it has been in a long time. If I could give Dr. Mutter 10 stars, I would.

Very thorough I realize now that the quality of the hearing aid is more important than the cost. I didn’t realize how poor quality my current hearing aids were until Joe put a great quality hearing aid in my ears.

I had a very good, positive experience at Mutter’s yesterday. Mr. Mutter is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable while he performed the hearing tests. He then explains all the results thoroughly, spending over an hour with me. I feel very informed now about what choices I have. I’m posting for my husband. Mutter’s is THE BEST. Excellent hearing aides, knowledge, support, guidance, compassion, and kindness. My husband has Parkinson’s and it creates a second loss of hearing - processing hearing in his brain. He understood and was tremendously helpful with that for both of us. I went to Mutter’s Precision Hearing Center when my hearing aids stopped working. They would not connect to the ap on my phone. Although Mutter’s did not sell my foreign- made aids, Mr Mutter took the time to diagnose and solve my problem. I will see him again when it’s time to upgrade my aids. Dan Wagner
