Muze at Met Apartments, Miami FL

Another stop at a ZRS property and again happy to be a part of the community. This time at the Muze. The building is beautiful. The community is friendly and the location is outstanding for nightlife especially. It’s beautiful!
My initial introductory call landed with Clint and Mike assisted with closing the sign on process. Both are extremely professional, courteous and attentive. One thing building management all over need to understand is…. The tenant/mgmt relationship needs to continue after the signatures are dry. This team has not disappointed. They answer when called upon. Thank you!

If you enjoy living in a “luxury” building that constantly has issues with the elevators, then this is the place for you! It’s an absolute joke at this point. Management has refused for over a year to spend the necessary money to get the elevators fixed.

The apartments are great and all but these people cannot seem to get their elevators working - the single most critical thing about getting to one’s apartment in a tall apartment building. Imagine that. No point of living here if you can’t easily get to/from your unit.

Building is ok but management is terrible. There have been issues with the elevator for over a year and the building is doing nothing to fix it.

Mike was very helpful, super reactive and very attentive. Thank you so much for making this such a smooth process!

Beware of the Muze at Met. They are very underhanded with their contracts. If you do not write a letter to the Muze at Met office telling them that you are moving out they will charge you for the rest of the month. Let's say you move out on the 2nd of the month and call them to let them know you are moving out on the exact date your lease ends, they will charge you for the entire month if you don't put it in writing. With the Muze at Met's exorbitant prices for their amenities and rent, you will lose an unbelievable amount and almost the entire months rent they will screw you out of- thousands of dollars! This scenario happened to me. A TOTAL SCAM!

Also the Muze at Met management will take your security deposit in a NY minute when you move out. So you have to schedule a walk through with the scam artists to prove there is nothing wrong. I took a video to prove the condition of the apartment but I was told that I am not a licensed inspector or builder so that would not suffice. ANOTHER TOTAL SCAM! Another comment that was told to me, it's legal. Nice slap in the face and wallet -right?

I do not want this to happen to other people so please watch out for yourself.

*****Consumers beware of the shady practices going on at the Muze at Met property. A total rip off.

Also they somehow prevent this and other recent 1 star ratings to post under most relevant. Another SCAM. Nice job hackers.

The apts are nice and the staff is great and friendly but do not live here if you plan on having a car. The building is valet-only for residents and unfortunately the valet here is ridiculously slow, and it usually takes ~20 minutes to get your car and sometimes 45+ because they will only have 1-2 people going to get cars in a building where over 1000 people live, which is ridiculous for a place charging a premium price for rent.

I’ve been living at Muze at Met for almost 3 years now. Been a great experience. Obviously nothing is perfect, but overall I have no complaints. A wonderful place to live. From the staff to the amenities and community.

I want to highlight Marvin at the front desk who is the best front desk person I’ve ever had. He’s worked here pretty much since I moved in March 2021. Always happy, excited to see you, incredibly friendly and smiley. Marvin makes you feel more than at home every time you walk through the door.

Overall Muze is a great place to live, I highly recommend it.

Marvins with 5th Avenue concierge makes this building the amazing building that it is! Thank you for your service buddy we appreciate you!

The staff, the team at the leasing office, the community amongst the neighbors, the location, and the building itself is just incredible. And of course Marvin the concierge who is always in a good mood and there to help.

Great location and beautiful. The property managers are friendly and the maintenance crew is quick and efficient. The Strongly recommend. Marvin who is part of 5th avenue concierge service for the building has always provide my friend and family with white glove services. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed living at Muze this past year after moving from out of state. Clint, the property manager, and his team run the property so flawlessly. The amenities are like none other and the property is located with quick access to the highway ramp and Brickell. We are sad to move but Muze will always be our top recommendation.

Well maintained over past few years. Entire staff has been friendly and generally excellent to deal with. Edith and Marvin are exceptional people as well.

I’ve lived at Muze building for about a year now. Absolutely love it, great place to be, amazing location, fantastic amenities, large apartments and patios, very friendly and helpful management, never had any issue in my time living here. Extremely happy to be here.

Muze at Met is the best building to live at in Downtown. Clint, Edith, Tetiana and Mike in the leasing office are the best and will help you with anything you need at all times. Everyone in the building is very friendly and it's a very close community. I wouldn't pick anywhere else to live. Marvin at the front desk is the best and is always there to help you with anything you may need.

Living at the Muze has been a literal life saver for me. After a tumultuous time in my personal life, Michael (a leasing agent) ensured that I had the most stress-free move-in and experience.

Heading into my 2nd full year at the building I'm still in love with steam, sauna, and pool deck. The vending area for residents only is an amazing late-night saving grace too.

Seamless lifestyle and amazing staff. Will always recommend.
