Prompt service, fair price, tech repaired my home dryer then repaired my refrigerator in my motor home. You wont go wrong calling this company for repairs.

My wife and I went to buy a dishwasher. Eric and Lori helped us out immediately and we bought a dishwasher at our price point. Very fast and helpful in finding what you need with what you can afford. Will definately buy here again.

MVB appliance repaired our refrigerator which was an LG model that other local companies couldn’t handle. They were extremely responsive and even handled getting the replacement part (which was under warranty) from LG even though we hadn’t bought the appliance from them.

Would recommend this company to anyone. Reasonable pricing, professionals from sales staff to delivery.

Never buy their used items. I made the mistake, and when I called to re schedule our delivery due to a funeral they had no clue what I was talking about at first (already paid in full), then they called on the day of the original delivery anyway. When they came again to install it the men were not very friendly. Now here comes the best part: they have a 60 day warranty.but good luck getting them to call you back! I left 3 messages two weeks after receiving our washer and dryer due to a draining issue. Never called me back. Ever. Go elsewhere

We purchased a brand new Whirlpool french door refrigerator about a month ago. It was about $400 less than the same model at Lowe's. The door handles had scratches on them but other than that everything else about the refrigerator looked great. When we paid for it the salesman said that he might be able to switch out the handles for better ones. I really didn't get my hopes up but sure enough when it was delivered a few days later the handles had been replaced so the front of the refrigerator was perfect. Despite their advertising that delivery is free we were charged $25 because we live in Summerfield. I assume free delivery is within a certain geographic area but the website doesn't state that. The delivery itself went well -they showed up when they said they would and were able to get the fridge in (with some maneuvering) but no damage to walls or doorways. So far, the refrigerator works great and even had a couple of extra features we weren't aware of in the store. The whole experience was very positive.

I spent $1,600 on a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Called a few days after saying the washer sounded funny and he that is how they sound. Well a week after that transmission froze. Bought all items at the end of August. Called back in November saying the refrigerator was leaking on my floors. I was told that I was past my 60 days. So they would have to charge to come fix. And I was told this is or can be what happens when you buy used. They did fix the washer. But still dealing with water all over my tile and wood floors. Sad beauce I have sent many people here, my bad.

I called MVB and Denise (who is very nice) helped me over the phone. I explained the situation and she was able to have a technician come out the same day. What a life saver! Joel, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Turns out it was a clogged drain in the washer. So they fixed it for less, came the same day, and were very friendly. Highly recommend!

AJ came out and serviced our ac system. The capacitor was replaced and he saved us a great deal of money and stress!

Great company. Came on time, and very knowledgeable technicians. Fixed my washing machine for us. Haven’t had to wear dirty underwear since.

I had a delivery made by MVB that my wife signed for. Not all of the parts of a range hood were included with the unboxed appliance. A parts list and installation instructions were also missing. When I wanted to return the range hood parts that we did receive, I was advised that all sales were final and that I would need to see the owner. I asked to speak to the owner, who was not available. I will try again tomorrow.

MVB Appliance repair is our go-to for all our household appliance needs, they are fast, knowledgeable and fair priced. AJ was our tech and he did a fantastic job, super friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I've been dealing with them for a while now & I've always been happy with everything I've purchased. Recently I needed repair service on a machine that I've had for years & i feel like they saved me a lot of money not having to replace it. The repairman that came was very professional & informative. I especially liked that he not only explained the options that i had, but after I made the decision to repair he explained everything he did. I've recommended them to many people.

I can not express how grateful I am for this company! As a small business owner I know what it takes to go above and beyond! However MVB has by far impresses me beyond words! Had a rough start throughout the day but here they are 9: 00pm being committed to the job and delivering! Not only have they impressed me by their commitment but as late as it is!
