They cancelled my order and said that I cancelled it. Then they raised the price.
Total waste of time.

I came in on Friday asking about a chain for my fathers motorcycle turned around pretty much immediately when Jeff said " I don't have any chains" on my way out I asked do you know any where I can get a chain. Jeff said " where a great place to order a chain" why he didn't just lead with "I don't have one for you today but could order you one" I don't know. Any way, I wasn't sure the chain I needed as I had already ordered a wrong one, Jeff took some time to find which one I needed after much confusion over what a 2019 honda crf 250l, is found the chain I needed and ordered some sprockets too. Everything was OK to that point Jeff was an OK guy to say the least. Told me most of my parts should be in on Monday with the remaining arriving on Tuesday and was told they would call me when my parts came in. Me assuming (here we go) they must have forgot to call or would have atleast called to tell me my parts are not in, I showed up on Tuesday, I work all day but I managed to get there 20 minutes before closing just to find a locked door. I arrive today to ask about my parts and Jeff tells me they have been delayed, all of them. Why would you not call to tell someone the parts they have already paid for in full are not arriving by the expected arrival date, that is very reasonable to say the least. But instead Jeff was focused on my negative review and said they closed 15 minutes early yesterday and they are simply too busy to reach out, said I should have called which if they were open at 545 yesterday like they should have been they would have received my calls, both of them I don't understand closing early when you told a customer to be there, but of course Jeff is going to say he did not tell me to be there and again MY fault for not calling and only focusing on bashing them publicly which I did not want to do I came here for 2 reason 1 to not make the same mistake and 2 to shop local but clearly was a big mistake. After a senseless arguing match and Jeff keep wanting to have the last word instead of focusing on any customer satisfaction I demanded a refund which was oh so happily done by my man Jeff and he really sealed the deal on the good business by crediting me the extra dollar and some change on my refund clearly he's not hurting for business they didn't want mine
