I met Tammy Berman through the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida (CFLPSF) in 2014. In 2015 I was assembling a team of divorce practitioners for the Second Saturday Broward Divorce Workshop and asked her to join. Working with her over these years has been an extreme pleasure and nothing but positive. She’s professional, compassionate, and an avid learner. Tammy has proven herself a skilled facilitator in the Collaborative Divorce Process and in her private practice uses her expertise as a therapist to help individuals, couples, and teens to live with more peace, harmony, and have a better quality of life. Communication is her superpower, and she consistently and enthusiastically works at helping others to get better at it.

I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Tammy in the interdisciplinary Collaborative divorce process, as a co-mediator, and through professional affiliations. Tammy has a calm, reflective demeanor which has the effect of lowering the tension when she is working with people in conflict.
