17Honestly great people work here! Called in for new lenses as mine were scratched up and the wonderful associate immediately found the best deal for me and fully explained all of my options (she actually did this part several times since I couldn't understand!). Highly recommend using this store if you are in the market for new glasses!

I’ve never had glasses. They have Lots of glasses to choose from which is the only benefit of going here. I had an eye test. Tried on glasses and choose which I may want. They don’t save info unless you buy on the spot but I was told they would save info as I was not ready to commit yet. Finally decided to go get the glasses and they didn’t save my info and I was not ready to spend another hour choosing and measuring. The original lady that helped me who didn’t save the info was not there, The guy who was working gave me his phone info and said he would see what happened. Days go by and texting back and fourth about the lady that was suppose to call me back who found my but never called me as he said she would. Went to Target optical and choose glasses and the prescription was wrong when I received my glasses based on My eye labs eye test. Went back to My eye lab for and their eye test and got a different prescription result even though the test was the same experience for me. Went back to Target and paid for another test with a different result and got my 1st pair of glasses and they actually work. Don’t go to My Eye Lab!
I was very pleased with my experience at Eyelab. They offered same day appointments (easy online scheduling) and an employee named Will, who performed the testing, was very professional, courteous and explained everything clearly and effectively. He even helped me pick out my lenses, which I love and have received several compliments on them I would highly recommend Eyelab for your next pair of glasses!

First, everyone was nice and friendly. But, I arrived for a 12: 30 appointment which apparently doesn’t mean much because the are, like everyone else, understaffed. So I’d just call and ask if they are busy. Second, one of their machines (which are all automated - a technician operates them and there’s no doctor on site) was not able to take a picture of the back of my eye so I had the choice to see if the telemedicine doctor (who never actually sees you) would sign off on the prescription. I was told it was a 50-50 chance but in the end he did not. I had the option of not going through the 2nd half of my appointment and not being charged but at that point I’d been there almost two hours so I went for it. I was charged, but the exams aren’t expensive and I do get a credit on a future glasses purchase. If you are older be aware you are more likely to be rejected (I’m 61). Also be aware that it may take awhile - my appointment was at 12: 30 and I did not finish until 3: 00. Part of that is my fault because I ran out to get eye drops to see my eyes might have been dry and if the machine would work if they were lubricated. It did not make a difference.

Had a quick and smooth experience taking my eye exam at this location. Sales manager Katie, who attended to me, was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful in getting me the deal and glasses I needed. I walked out of the store feeling my time and money was well invested.
The nose pad of my glasses fell off and I took them in for repair here. The repair was free and Micheal was very nice when assisting me.

This place is amazing they have a very good customer service. Xavier is amazing he helped me a lot. I truly recommend this place. He speaks Spanish as well. Spanish speakers this is the place to go.
Very poor customer service. Was told 2 weeks to get back 2 pairs of glasses I ordered. Every time I call they say someone will check and call back but no one does. It’s been almost a month.
Will was a fantastic help. He gave me honest opinions on glasses and walked me through all the steps from exam to choosing lenses types. 10/10

Those progressive glasses at 2/$159 ended up costing me $400 for one pair. No in house eye doctor. They are all VIRTUAL… as in a monitor on the wall! Don’t like my glasses at all. Still can’t see good out of them. Definitely won’t go back. It’s all a gimmick.
