The customer attention provided at the Kendall Location is outstanding. I was provided 3 pairs of contacts for a perfect final fit. Everyone is courteous and thoughtful. It was my first virtual exam. Admittedly, it takes a moment to get settled in. But in the end you get a through exam.

After two months my son's glasses are finally ready. What supposedly was going to be ready in two or three weeks, according to what they told us in My eyelab in Kendall (Miami).
When we called to ask what was happening they told us that the prescription took longer, in the call center they said they didn't have frames (we had brought ours), and finally they told us that due to bad weather they hadn't been able to do the delivery.
And the most important thing is that they never informed us that if something happens to the frames, my eyelab is not responsible for anything. But I signed it on what I thought was a payment receipt.
Even in other opticians they tell you up front that they do not receive expensive frames.
So you have to be aware of the papers you sign in My eyelab.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Consultations are virtual and nobody inform you about that. Personal visit- face to face- are available 1 day per month… have to wait almost a month to see a doctor in person. Nobody cares. Looks that everybody is learning. A very bad experience.

This Eyelab located at SW 88th Street is Great. Ms. Lula and her staff was very helpful and friendly. Customer service is their highest priority. Thank you!

I asked for two pair of glasses January 18, I’m still waiting for the second pair, the first expected date was February 1st. I called for service and all they say is sorry for late and that the store will send me a message when the pair is ready.

Lula and Cyntia gave me the best customer service. Lula assisted me with my contact lenses and went above and beyond to teach me how to put them on and how to remove them. The patience Lula has is outstanding and I couldn’t be more grateful. I will recommend my eye lab to friends and family! Very professional staff.

Had an amazing time while being here. Decided to pass by as my glasses had broken on the road. Walked in for an exam and was immediately approached. The exam did not take more than 20 minutes, and immediately had my prescription ready. The staff was wonderful, answered all the questions I had and were very patience with me when trying to put on contacts for the first time. They gave me all the options I the world when it came to delivering my contacts. I would definitely recommend for anyone to come here.

P. S. I wish I had the name of the staff members who helped me as they worked wonders. I wish them the best

I have to do this, I am so impressed with the service and the quality of the glasses. Although I have raved about the great service even that I got the special and I know they did not made that much money on me.
