Without vision insurance I was able to get an eye exam, 2 new pairs of glasses, and one pair of sunglasses all for under 200 dollars.

Don’t go to San Jose Blvd Jacksonville Fl location, we went to this place to buy Glasses for our 2 Son’s when went inside All 5 Employees are talking to each other and they where mad when we went in, we went home and all they said when we went was “have a good day “.

Shavonne was extremely helpful during our visit today. It was my 15 year olds first time wearing contact and she was patient, empathetic and guided him with kindness. Will be back for our visit next year.

Amazing Experience! The associate Shavonne was the best! I was a little nervous on picking out frames, since i haven't done it in a long time, but she took me by hand and helped me pick out 2 beautiful frames! The staff is friendly and outgoing, therefore i recommend everyone coming here!

I needed my glasses fixed quickly and My Eyelab was able to help me out. It was minor damage, but they took me in and fixed the glasses free of charge. I would definitely recommend My Eyelab for anyone with needs for their glasses.

I went into eye lab on San Jose Blvd Jax Fla for information on exam. I waited 15 mins for lady in front of me take a personal phone call while checking, the employee cursed at the customer in front of me, never acknowledging me or bothering to help me in any way while one girl was doing all the work the other just stood there to BS!

It was my first time getting contacts they were so patient and super helpful I’m very grateful! I also found out that my left eye has issues due to past trauma and never would have known if it was not for this office! I’m very happy with the service and prices plus options! I will definitely be a returning customer!

The staff were ok but always short staff my husband has been waiting on contact trials for almost 1month. I ordered his contacts from another place they came back in 2 day.currently still waiting on contact samples.
