I've been a great customer of My Florida Plumber and spent thousands with them. I called them over a month ago to have them cap off a propane pipe on our patio as we are moving that line. I said it needed to be capped off before the end of November (4 weeks away) as a pool company is remodeling the pool and patio starting Dec 1st. They said it was a very easy job to cap the line and they would re-route the pipe once the outdoor kitchen is installed. I have been calling every other day for a month to get it scheduled as I said it had to be capped by the end of November. Sandy kept telling me that Jose (owner) was going to call me but he never did (I was told that at least 10 times!). Just this morning I called again as it must be capped by Friday of this week and Sandy told me that Jose told her that it would be January before they could come and do the 1 hour job! They have been stringing me along for an entire month saying they would do it and now I'm out of time and they don't care at all that their promises were unkept and I am in the worst bind. If you use these guys and you are told Jose will call you that is probably the sign that they are not going to do your work because Jose will never call!

Company showed up on time. Worked well with other employees at the power plant. Made suggestions to help in the futre.

We had a new toilet and toilet seal installed by My Florida over a year ago as part of a complete bathroom upgrade. Soon there after, we noticed moisture and stains on the floorboards. It took us nearly a year to suspect the seal. I called My Florida to come and bring a neoprene seal (NOT wax). When Phil arrived, he had a wax seal which is not allowed in our building. He said his supplier only had wax. When he removed the toilet we discovered that the seal installed by My Florida was wax and was leaking - even water under the toilet. He left to find a neoprene seal and returned in over an hour with the correct seal. He did a great job completing the work. We are glad they corrected their mistake and got us up and running again. Originally we had asked for neoprene and expected that is what we got. In order to discover the leak we had to open our new walls in three places. Now these walls have to be repaired as well- so we appreciate that My Florida covered their end and if they choose to cover the wall repairs as well, that would be the right thing.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Dylan Smelley. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He explained thoroughly what the problem was and how he remedied it. I will definitely call My Florida Plumber for plumbing issues.

Absolutely best plumbing company we have ever used. Everything from the first phone call to job completion was as planned. On time, polite workers that went above and beyond. Getting someone to call you back is difficult and doing a good job is even harder…. This company put everyone else to shame. I can’t say enough good things about them. Will for sure recommend and use again.

I highly recommend My Florida Plumber. They saved me to start by walking me through how to stop the hot water heater leak late in the evening. They had a repair guy at my location by 8: 15 the next morning. These folks are great. Reasonable and courteous.

Jose, the owner answered my call right away and had me schedule for the next morning, a Saturday. His scheduler, Sandy was more than helpful. His technician who came out first thing Sat. AM, George, was very efficient, took care of the problem and was very professional and congenial. I definitely recommend this company.

Dylan called when he was on his way as I requested. He was friendly, on time, and said he can help me with another project I needed done in the future. Finished the job faster than I thought. Most importantly, I own a spa and the water wasn’t shut off for more than 20 minutes or so. By the time the massage therapists were out of service the water was back on. Thank you Dylan and My Florida Plumber! I will use you again and refer you as much as possible:)
