My Mobility Medical-Lift chairs Scooters Vehicle Lifts, Leesburg FL

I have been to this store on multiple occasions with various friends either needing to purchase or repair mobility devices or lift chairs. The staff have been helpful and courteous and have at times made simple repairs or adjustments for free. They truly seem to care and desire to be as helpful as they can. Their prices are comparable with other mobility stores but they are the only store I have known to make these minor repairs and adjustments without charging a labor fee. I will continue to take items and customers to them as long as they demonstrate such kindness.

Our My Mobility experience was first rate! They are knowledgeable, accommodating, and fair. The team is truly caring! When we had a product service issue, it was handled quickly and we were more than satisfied. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this store. Not only are their products great, the people are real humans! In that I mean, in my lifetime of a condition that has me seeing, working with, and purchasing within the medical world, this store was filled with the most compassion and respect for people with mobility, an life in general, that Joshua made me so happy I couldn't settle for a handshake after my purchase. He got a great big hug. The rare connection with a person in business that doesn't just make small talk to "sell" something is abundant at this store, and HUGE in Joshua. Keep this at the top of your list for mobility needs, and not only will purchases be of best quality and value, you will smile and feel fabulous because the encounter is of such good human nature it will last and last. All smiles for me!

Stephen and the staff here are absolutely amazing. Stephen answers every single question. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. But the best thing is that they are very thorough with explaining how the scooters and lift chairs work. They even show you how to do it step by step. Couldn’t be happier!

Stephen and Ben at My Mobility were lifesavers … I injured my knee the other day and they were able to help me rent a scooter for a couple days while it heals up. Ben brought the scooter to my work and showed me how to operate it and charge it, he was so nice and professional the whole time. Highly recommend!

Steve and Ben are caring and helpful. I purchased a scooter from a third party but it needed new batteries. They replaced the batteries at significantly less cost then another battery shop or on line and even brought them back to my home. I had no experience with this scooter and was unable to get it going. Steve spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, after hours, going over possible problems - at no charge. They also helped us decide what type of electric wheelchair would work best in our situation for my husband. They have lifetime customers in us now.
