My Social Circle Indoor Playground is a family-owned gem that offers clean and fantastic fun for kids. Doctor Otero is a standout host, always ensuring kids' happiness and safety. Special events like Safari Mickey Mouse and Miss Rachel are a hit with our son, creating magical memories. This place is a haven for families, and we can't recommend it enough! Plus, it's impeccably clean and always smells great when we visit with our son.

Amazing place! They have a lot of fun, developmental toys. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very nice! Will be back for sure.

I have a few things to say about this location. The playground itself is beautiful and it is visible that a lot of work was put into it. However, the owners ego is way too big and she’s always on the defense. No one wants to take their kid anywhere where the owner is “always right”. I mean you can clearly see in the response she writes back to reviews that are not 5 stars that she is not able to take any criticism. Besides the fact that the events are just used for content and is just characters dancing around, which looks like people have caught onto this and they are always on sale. Also, has anyone actually read the waiver form terms and conditions? Every picture taken Inside belongs to her. Even the pictures you take and post on social media yourself. Honestly this location had so much potential but the inability of being able to take criticism is running it to the ground

First off the Gentleman who Greets people is on some real nonsense. My wife and I walked in along with our 4 year old.
He just rushed on say scan and then he just kept going and going.
We told him we don’t speak Spanish.
Anyway king story short this guy has no patience nor does he have a way to deal with English speaking people.
And really? My wife has to pay ten dollars for waiting in your waiting area when there is clearly a door separating. According to Senor that’s part of the play area.
Utter nonsense.
Other than that place was well put together.

This indoor playground is awesome. My son loves it here! He enjoys playing with everything especially being in the ball pit.

Dr. Otero & staff, are so friendly & make us feel very welcomed.

This place is the cutest! We had so much fun at their event- meet and greet with Chase. We can’t wait to go back and play. Everything was so clean and well put together.

I absolutely love bringing my daughter here. Dr. Otero was my child’s therapist for about 2 years and we continue to bring my daughter now for open Play time. We have come to many of their events and I have brought my mother with me who also loves to join us. It is very accommodating, safe and clean. Osmani is super helpful during check in time and helps me book my walk ins when I come in. Everything is neatly organized and my favorite part is that my daughter has so much to choose from and enjoy. We love coming to my social circle! I recommend it to everyone I know with young children.

My baby & I have come here a few times already! The attention to detail does not go unnoticed when you get here. Everyone is super helpful & it is a family environment. My baby is greeted by name and is always shown love. I love coming here and seeing my baby play with all the toys. He started here at 8 months not being able to crawl and now we are 10 months and crawling all over My Social Circle! Can’t wait to celebrate his 1st birthday here soon!

Me and my son went to this place on a weekday to have a nice playday. My cousin already had warned me that this place is nice but the people working there which I guess the owners were very unwelcoming and uninviting. So me and my son had spent less than 2 hours thinking that we could've stayed a little longer if the owners would've been cheerful and happy enough to see kids having a great time playing. The man (owner) kept putting back the toys in place even if my son was not even done playing, I even saw him making faces every time my son makes noice and plays with the toys and puts them somewhere. So me being the mother which I always do, I make it a point to clean after my son or ask my son to put the toys back when done. The lady doctor that I always see in the advertisement was also not nice and not accomodating at all. This review is for this place to improve their quality of service. They should let kids enjoy their indoor playground. They should not intimidate the kids and the parents. I would surely not recommend this place to anyone. I am sure there are other more indoor playgrounds that is worth our money and time.

Very happy to have found this gem. My 2.5 year old son Nico has a blast. From jumping in the ball pit, to going down the slide. Everything is very inviting and child friendly. The staff is great and it's a great place to take your toddler especially to escape the south Fl heat.

Will definitely visit again!

I'm a grandmother and I have been bringing my 14 months grandson for the last two months.
He enjoys very much every corner of it, we came almost every day at least 2 hours. & we highly enjoyed getting their membership which is wonderful. I recommend this place very highly. The playground inside is, warm, and cozy atmosphere, clean all the time and excellent customers service!
I love been in there, Thank you to Dr. Carolina and her father Osmani for being so kind to me- for such a magical and unique place for the little ones.

My children had a wonderful time at this indoor play place. The owner was incredibly kind and the facility was immaculate. The design is whimsical and the environment inviting. We definitely plan on returning!

My social circle is by far my favorite indoor playground. I’ve taken my two year old to many and my social circle is always so clean and organized. There are so many different things for him to play with. We love this place:)

Decided to leave this review here as an opportunity for them to improve. The place is nice and good for kids to enjoy the biggest problem customer service.the guy that stay at the front (probably the owner’s father) is extremely rude and obsessive with the place to the point that makes people feel very uncomfortable to be there. For a place that deals with kids it’s essential to have good customer service and some flexibility. Unfortunately that was not the case when I visited which was enough to not come back Hopefully they will learn that a good customer service is crucial for a business success.

I bring my daughter here often for open play and she has a great time. Went to a Ms Rachel event and she LOVED it. They keep things clean which is huge as well.

Very bad attention. The place looks very nice but they are not attentive when serving. We decided not to go in.
