Love this place, great staff and they know how to fix my outcast 6s! Couldn't fix my drone and they gave me a free one and wow that's really shocked me but that's what happens when your a steady good customer so they definitely take care of those who spend money

We have been here 3 times just in the last two weeks. They have all been so helpful. Answering every question we have! Looking forward to the next plane we will get!

Great customer service, The Young Lady went out of her way to show my son about how a toy works, what all it does, and how to assemble. The store was still well stocked, 2 days before Christmas. It was clean, and the selection of toys was nice. Some prices were a bit higher than I expected, but in an actual Toy store I'm assuming that is why. But they have the items that you may not be able to locate in a big box store.

Best place ever left my wallet at home and done everything that they could to get me what I needed eventhough I left my walet at home

The employees there made us feel uncomfortable like we were stealing. We didn't walk around the store, what we wanted was right in the front. We asked questions about the items we wanted and they were very short answered and not one of them could answer the simple questions we asked their answers were "I don't know" and "um, maybe I'm not sure". We bought the items and left. This hobby shop is way over priced. Your better off going to Michael's or Jo-Anns.

Always a pleasure to shop here Erol and all the staff always willing to help. Everything I could ever need is in this store. This is my number one hobby shop in Tampa.

I found different gifts i knew friends as well as family would love. Just a lot of odd things to browse thru.
Price just right, staff was there to assist me, clean store.

This Hobby shop has slot of cool stuff. Stopped in here while we were visiting Tampa. Lots of RC stuff to choose from Losi, Associated, Aarma.

They always get my RC car repaired, no matter what was wrong with it. Other places make excuses so they can charge you more.

Customer service was outstanding.as always.

I had a lot of troubles with my RC car and the guy there was extremely receptive, helpful and understanding. I was treated well and got all of my problems fixed. I haven't used my RC car in years because I couldn't fix it. Now it works good as new. Not only that but the loyalty (rewards) program is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The friendly staff seeks to make each customer's experience here a fun and giddy experience, which is what everyone whom walks through the front doors is looking for. The staff exceeds in customer satisfaction every time I've stopped by. I travel an hour to this store, past 5 other hobby shops to get maintenance on my remote controlled car from this store specifically.

Best rc shop in tampa area very good service skills and workers are very kind and friendly help me solve my rc issues very quickly would highly recommend rc enthusiasts to stop by this shop workers and very experienced

Bunch of nice people that will listen and ge5 you what you need. Went to the other hobby store in town on Dale mabry and the older guy didn't listen to my questions, just jumped ahead of my thoughts and handed me stuff I don't need. Then decided to talk to someone on the phone instead of the customer in front of him, me. Could have gotten off cheaper buying online but I haven't scratch built in over 30 years and will need help with electrics, all new to me. My Tobbies

I've been shopping here since Dec 2016, and 6 models later I am so pleased with the service, sales, atmosphere and genuine care of their customers! They are more than helpful with all of my questions since the day I bought my first Axial rock crawler that I knew nothing about. The complete staff is courteous and caring and I even enjoy just driving up there to talk and show them each and every build. Thank you to Erol and Matt and all the rest of the staff there that I appreciate very much!

It's a good thing this store is so far away from us. If it was any closer I think my husband would spend all day here. Lol!

Amazing Large selection of R/C Cars, clean and organized. Good prices. They also have the largest teddy bear must be over 7 feet tall. Very cool store. I'm sure we (or just my husband) will be going back.

Excellent hobby shop. I've been in the hobby for 20 years now and bumped into thousands of hobby stores but none of them take pride in their products and support their customers as Erol does. If you're a Newby, go here, tell them what you want to accomplish with your new hobby pursuit and Erol will take care of you.

This is one of the places that are in the mall it's gots it's got lots of RCS and it's got toys in their models something where you just have to go in and check it out

I've been in RC for 20+ year's. If you don't know your product, you shouldn't sell it. I started taking about binding a radio.and this guy looked at me like I was speaking French. He didn't know his products. If people are willing to spend a $1000 on a hobby. The employees should know their products.
