Issue with a prebuilt RBG lighting, wanted everything to sync up with ambient lighting settings on my peripherals. I explained he problem excitedly and mildly incoherently, to Tyler and he said “no problem” I also asked if he could take a look at the specs and tell me where it’s lacking because I wanted to grab a few more upgrades while it was in the shop. He picked up the computer, called me back with some details (how to get the best bang for you buck) settled on a few things, and bam dropped it off, great communication throughout the job, bravo surpassing my expectations. Great help from Tyler and the team.fast and cost effective service. Went in for troubleshooting an overheated cpu and came back to a fully rewired PC.looks good as new. Tyler even went out of his way to pick up the new part I needed to replace while I was at work. 10/10 not letting anyone else touch my computer but them.

Bought a prebuilt gaming PC for my son’s birthday. It showed up with some issues. Needless to say I was quite upset about this. I spent all weekend trying to figure it out and came up short! I wish I would have known about Tyler and his company before hand! Would have saved me about 11 hours of wasted time and tears! The price was very reasonable and definitely worth it! Luckily he lives close by and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a day. I called him on a Sunday thinking I would just leave a message but to my surprise he answered his phone and was super helpful and willing to do it that day. He even stopped by my house after he completed the job because I was missing a cable (the one that came with the computer when I bought it was faulty) and brought a cable he had at his house. Didn’t even charge me for it! He was polite, professional, and the cost was exactly what he said it would be. I definitely recommend him to be able to handle any issue you have. He’s awesome! My son is now gaming with his new PC. He also installed a program that lets him help us remotely if we ever run into future problems. Thanks Tyler!

They are pros at figuring out how to solve a problem quickly and can "take-over" my computer to fix it.
