MyCare Medical - Drs' Stephen & Scott Silverstein DO, Pompano Beach FL

This ignorant doctor's office (I believe the PA) PRESCRIBED my dad take 5,000 IU of Vitamin D without K2 (LOOK AT ALL THE STUDIES ON THIS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. ANY SO-CALLED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL WITH HALF A BRAIN KNOWS THIS IS MURDER FOR A ~70 YEAR OLD.) for a year and he went from having no heart issues to severe stenosis and was told he needs a stent to prevent a heart attack. SCREW THESE DOCTORS FOR ALL THE SLOW DEATHS THEY ARE COMMITING ON THEIR HELPLESS PATIENTS.

It's a well-oiled machine! Responses are prompt, & everyone is kind. A special shout out to Jane Auxier, & Nancy Wade!

After months of frustration, I left this office and I am looking for another primary care physician.

Short version: despite sending multiple emails, leaving telephone messages, and having conversations with the office staff, I was not able to get a problem resolved with extending a referral for therapy I need.

I enjoyed my first office visit. I thought it was a good experience! I am happy with my selection of Dr. Silverstein. The staff was well trained, very nice, and most of all personable. Thank you!

I wouldn't know if they were good doctor's or not, They've got a million options on thereRecording when you callBut none of themIs speak to a nurseSo you press one to make an appointment and they put you on hold for 8 minutes. How am I suppose to find a doctor if yall putting patients on hold before you know what they're calling for.

MyCare Medical has been a great experience and much better than other doctor offices I’ve been too. It all starts with the staff who are very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Dr. Scott is an excellent doctor who not only treated me with respect but was very knowledge and thorough with his visit. He takes his time and seems like he actually cares about the patient especially compared to other doctor offices. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality health care.

Great office and staff! Seeing Jane for visits and she is absolutely awesome with calling me back promptly for results and being thorough when I come in. Very attentive to my concerns even if its a small one. Will never see another provider!

I absolutely love, recommend this office for two distinct reasons. I love the fact that I can email the office with any problem, issue, medicine request or appointment request and they reply. It’s great just be able to email them whenever I think of it and get a very quick response.
The other reason I love this office is for the referrals department. They are always so quick and efficient. There’s very minimum wait.
Today though I want to especially recognize Nancy Wade. She got my referral in record amount of time because she knew that I was really suffering and in a lot of pain and we were able to get the referral and I was able to go to get an appointment the following day that was very much needed. So I want to make sure that the office recognizes it’s Nancy’s superior customer service.

Dr. Stephen and Dr. Scott Silverstein are both very wonderful providers. The entire care team including the PA's and office staff are always welcoming and show that they truly care about keeping my long-term health conditions under good control. There have been a couple times when I've needed an urgent appointment in the past, and they have always been willing to accommodate and see me at MY earliest convenience. I trust this team with looking after my health and well-being and plan to continue going here!

I am Lisa - not Paul. I went to Dr. Silverstein for the first time because I needed a new PCP and wanted a prescription for my annual mammogram. I was immediately impressed with the plentiful parking and clean office. I was treated professionally and personally by everyone. There was no waiting. I was seen within 5 minutes of filling out a brief form. I have a condition that was new to Dr S and his student PAs who were present during my visit. Everyone was interested in learning about it. I was extremely impressed by the attention I received and questions I was asked. There was a conversation going on.not a doctor (s) telling a patient the way it is. No testing, prescriptions, etc.were forced upon me though all options were explained.

Professional organization with exceptional team of people supporting the physicians. It's obvious that the patient comes first. They really care.
