Ms. Jay did a great job with my grandmother when I brought her here. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also very kind and friendly. Not only her but all of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with any questions me or my grandmother had.

What a great experience The front staff is so welcoming with a smile. The medical assistants make you feel comfortable, and are very easy to talk with. It will make you feel like your part of a Mycare family

I truly adore PA Call. She has been nothing but fantastic to my father. Unfortunately, the office staff leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. They are rude and not compassionate at all. Demanding even. No one deserves to be treated like trash when you are just seeking care for an elderly parent. We will be switching providers.

Terrible experience, do not go here. I just took my Grandmother for a visit and they were all rude and impatient included Dr. Hanna. He tried to rush out of there and never felt comfortable there. The lady at the front desk came off annoyed when I checked in, she ignored me for like 3 minutes. I then reviewed my Grandmother's records but she put underreported/refused to answer. They have no idea what they are doing. With so many physicians in the area, you can do better. Do not go here.

Told in person visit, electronic Rx sent ; 9 days later still no scripts at drug store

Though chest heart breathing symptoms present, no tests, referrals or "something diagnostic! "?

No thanks to Dr Chocksi. I found a new Pcp that diagnosed me immediately and I am on my way to feeling better

Doctor insisted that I needed a follow up even I said no.
The assistant insisted to schedule an appointment even I told her that I didn't want one.
The assistant insisted that I should come in for a blood work when I called to cancel the appointment.
The assistant claimed that I was not nice to her because I said "it is up to me not you to cancel the appointment. "

Tarak S. Choksi incompetent and illiterate. He couldn't read a simple echocardiograph result from tower imaging correctly for me and caused me trouble. The staff upfront at the counter are very rude and especially the girl with the dark black hair is mean as hell when you question anything about the doctor. The one big girl that takes your vitals is amazing however and so is the nurse practitioner. But dr. Tarak S. Choksi was not a good doctor with me. He made me seem like my problems weren't real and all made up in my head. Which isn't the case. I have an atrial defect in my heart.

Over 10 years of association with Sun-Med; first my parents until they passed, and now myself. Have had the best relationship and care i would expect from any doctors and staff or I would not have remained their patient. My primary, Dr. Patel, has always been available and straightforward - Dr. Choksi has been kind and caring. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient. Sorry to see that another reviewer did not have the best experience. Nothing and no organization is perfect.
