Very professional, all went well. I would recommend this place highly. The people that worked with me were very nice, and exceptionally professional.

I had a virtual eye exam a couple of months ago. This was an initial vision screening with My Eye Doctor. I put my trust in a licensed optometrist who prescribed a weaker prescription in order to allow reading glasses (while wearing contact lenses) to improve the quality of my vision while on a computer. This has been a completely miserable experience so far. My vision has worsened and I have never had a harder time seeing in my life! I DO NOT RECOMMEND VIRTUAL EXAMS unless it is with your trusted optometrist.

The staff was great and the experience was great, all the way, until Unfortunately when i went to purchase my glasses, as a college student, I stated i only wanted most affordable and cheapest option.and the gentleman wanted to charge me $140 with unnecessary add ons i did not approve.he also didn’t mention these perks he added on without my permission.a very amazing lady helped me out and was able to highlight where he up-charged me at without my knowledge and lowered my glasses to $50, a huge jump from $140 he added on unwanted charges without my consent, I assume so he can get a higher commission, very shady business practices here but all the women were the sweetest, wasn’t able to get his name but if you go in for glasses make sure you have them review before you are charged, very sad he was ripping off young impression able broke college students who just want to see.

Dr. Woods and Donovan were fantastic. 100% recommended. Donovan (I hope I got his name right) went out of his way to make sure my children’s glasses were fixed!:)

What a wonderful staff! Vidhath was caring and patient helping my daughter try contact lenses for the first time. She walked out of there wearing them with no problem! The whole process was quick but effective! Brenda at check out was informative. Highly recommend this location!

The level of service that I received from the technicians and doctors was above and beyond the mark that other eye care places are providing.
My requirements were time sensitive for my military occupation. Dr. Wright looked at me as a human and not just another number for his daily stats. He worked with Jackie from the Timberlane location to help me receive the care that I needed. The timberlane location worked me in and Anita and Tom conducted themselves professionally with care. Dr. Golding even took the time to explain the test results after she conducted her tests.
The world needs more hard workers like these. Whatever you're doing keep it up because you've earned my respect.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at My Eye Doctor. I got my exam done here, and I got glasses and contacts. The process was great and Eric went above and beyond helping me find the right pair of glasses. I highly recommend coming here

Even though I was here because I lost my glasses. The experience I had here was awesome. I got an squeeze in appointment which is very rare; Alexia was the rep who got me in this fast. On the day of my appointment I was helped quickly the by Danna she ran me through my lab exams in about 10 mins. Dr. Wood was friendly and knowledgeable of topics I asked him. After my exams I was assisted by Hannah and Alexia; I found me a sporty pair of Burberry frames. They helped me get these premium pair of eye glasses at such a great price. Certainly recommend this location.

Mr. Jayson and the team at My Eye Doctor were amazing! I’ve been going to this practice for years. I had the pleasure of working with Jayson this time. He was very informative and went above & beyond to help me! Highly recommend this practice!

If you’re looking for a helpful group to treat your eye care, look no further than MyEyeDr on East Lafayette Street. I woke up to find out my dog had chewed my prescription glasses. I had just lost my job, so I quickly purchased vision insurance so I could get new glasses. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day! When I arrived, Brenda determined my glasses were under warranty and advised me that I could save the exam for later this year considering my glasses were only four months old. Jason confirmed that the frames were in stock and that I’d get a replacement pair for free.
What started as a catastrophe quickly turned into good news, thanks to Brenda and Jason!

The entire staff was amazing, Alexia was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind assisting with my sons contact order. Service was as 20 out of 10! Definitely recommend.

Dr woods is wonderful. We finished and picked out glasses with Mr. Len who is amazing. He told us what looked good and what didnt and we appreciated it! My mom and i are so happy to have a good eye doc and staff now! Thank you from the watson crew.

My annual exam is always a pleasure here. This was my first time with Dr Wood and he was great! They also found me the very best deal on my years worth of contacts!

I wasn’t told my appointment would be virtual until I arrived. I waited very long for my appointment and ended up rescheduling. This location seems unorganized and the wait time is ridiculous.

I got to my appointment at 5pm, the appointment time. At 5: 15 I asked how much longer they said 15 mins and that’s was fine. 15 mins go by I ask again and they say 15 more mins. When I asked is there any way I could make an appointment and be taken back at least within 30 mins they told that was impossible and they have no control over time. Which I understand, but I was looking for an answer like Monday is our slower day. My husband went and had a fantastic time I think the doctors are great but the front desk is a nightmare!

Dr. Wood is great! He’s very professional, efficient and extremely polite. Everyone in the office was welcoming and willing to give any information needed. I have been coming for almost 10 years and will continue!
