Really wish I could give Sunny 10 stars! The amount of professionalism she displayed was very refreshing. Not only that but she was outstanding with my kids and helping find glasses the fit their personalities. I spent $1600 in glasses that I would NOT have spent anywhere else. I have not been to an eye doctor before but my kids and I will be returning here for our routine chec-ups from here on out. Thank you Sunny!

I had a very simple question about ordering contacts that I called my hometown (sebring) location for and the front desk lady was extremely rude and condescending and could not answer it. I called the bartow location and the front desk lady here (I wish i would have caught her name) was VERY nice and helpful. Answered all of my questions and even got me a price on how much a fitting would be since my insurance doesnt cover them. Can’t speak for the doctors or other staff there but youll at least be treated with respect when you have a question? Ill definitely be making the hour drive to bartow for my next appointment

Absolutely do not book an appointment at this location! I made an appointment almost 2 months in advance which was for today at 5 pm. I received a call around 3 pm from this office asking if I could come then! I couldn't leave work and told her I would need to keep my 5 pm appointment. I left work at 5, drove in 5 pm Bartow traffic directly to their office. I checked in with receptionist at 5: 06. I was told she'd "have to see whether the doctor would still see me! " (I even checked the time with another employee to be sure my watch was accurate.it was.) The rude little receptionist came back and told me I'd have to reschedule bc the doctor "has a 5 minute time limit. " Needless to say there was no need to reschedule as I will never go back there. I had previously seen Dr. Dixon at that office and had been pleased. They've lost my business because I arrived at 5: 06 pm! Regretfully as I stormed out, I might have said a few inappropriate things! LOL! TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called another office and was advised their office has a 15 minute limit which is more reasonable. This Bartow office is NOT "my eye doctor! "

Staff was super friendly and the Dr.was absolutely amazing! Very patient, kind, thorough! Answered all of my questions got referrals for my girls. I mean really best experience!

Dr. Garibay was awesome and very helpful. Sunny helped me pick out the best pair of glasses that weren’t too expensive. Best experience I’ve had with an eye drs office.

This is the best myeyedoctor branch I have been to. The staff is so nice, caring and they make you feel, not just like a number. They actually take time to listen and help you. Sunny, Brittany and the front desk staff are simply amazing. I am ok with driving a little more to go to the Bartow store, even though I have a branch just a few miles away from me.

My Eye Doctor is the perfect place to get your glasses. Alexa helped me pick out some really cool glasses. She was very courteous.and knows what her customers like.thanks Alexa for assisting me and saving me time.

The customer service is outstanding. The GM at Bartow. Vicki H, Was so knowledgeable and helpful. I found the perfect glasses and could not be happier. Thank you MyEyeDr.for such a wonderful experience.

Alexa was very helpful in getting my moms glasses. All the staff was friendly will be using this as my eye doctor.

MyEyeDr.was a very good experience for myself and my alzheimer's mother. The whole staff was awesome but the actual eye tech and doctor were really patient with my mom and made sure to watch out for her when it was my turn for tests. I had to wait 2 months before I could afford to get new frames and everyone still treated me graciously. I love my new glasses! And Danny gave me the best fit of my glasses and I'm pretty sure I've never had that much care before! Thank you Bartow MyEyeDr!

I have been a patient with Scleral contact lens for over 10 years
Brittany and the staff do a great job of helping me see clearly.
These lens are not cheap but are priceless for those of us with cornea scaring. Being able to see clearer is a blessing.
It sure helps to have a great friendly staff to help us out.

The staff at the Bartow location are always friendly and helpful. It's hard to select glasses during covid due to masks, but they allow you to try on frames that get cleaned after each person touches them. I had the nose piece fall off my new glasses, and the manager was prompt to replace the screw and get them back to me while I waited. I recommend this place for your eye wear needs.

My family has been going to the Bartow location since it opened. Before that, we always used the S. Lakeland Location. We have always had great service with MyEyeDr (Eye Express before the change!) We love going into the Bartow office. We are always greeted right away and everyone is always eager to help. We have never had to wait very long to be seen by our provider. They even got my husband in right away for what we perceived as an emergency and got him into a specialist right away. Follow ups were a dream afterwards. They definitely take care of our eyes.

In one of the reviews someone said they had to make an appointment to have their glasses fitted properly. That wasn't always the case! Covid has changed how every office has to operate. Scheduling an appointment insures your safety as well as theirs! Be considerate. Be smart. Be safe!

We are a lifelong MyEyeDr family.

I was not impressed with this office. I only ordered lens and they were very expensive. I had to wait three weeks for them and the lens were not correct. The attendant told me to try them and my eyes would probably adjust. I asked him to check the prisms and he found that the doctor forgot to note my prisms on the prescription so they had to order the lens again. After another three weeks, they called that my glasses were in. If I wanted them adjusted or to be sure they were correct, I'd have to make an appointment which was a month out. I don't understand why you would have to make an appointment to have your glasses adjusted. I picked them up and a week later one of the nose pads fell off. I went somewhere else to have them fixed. I wouldn't recommend this office and will not use them again.

The experience I had at the Bartow office was fantastic. The staff went
over and above any service I have ever had. The office staff was very patient and polite. I tell everyone about my experience. Will I return yes with no questions asked. Great service all around.
