MyEyeDr. reviews
14 Changing my original review.
Maria has been so helpful in getting game into a pair of glasses that I can see out of clearly.thank you
I loved Dr. Granger. She is very nice and quick at what she does! She even recommended some eye drops for my seasonal allergies. Absolutely loved my experience here. I typically don’t order my glasses from the office, so I cannot review their service for that.
Never again! NSB Locals Stay Away from here The company that owned this place before MyEyeDr took over was amazing. Now they are just taking advantage of people and old existing customers. Just to start with! Not taking insurances, but once they realized they gave the wrong lenses without informing the customer properly now they want to take 40% off that we would have gotten in the first place with our insurance. Here is the BEST part it will be an additional $140. I cannot wait to share this will my millions of listeners worldwide. I have no problem paying for a product it’s the principal of being misleading & taken advantage of people.
BEWARE! I'm a first time patient of MyEyeDR. I'm impressed with the doctor. Not so impressed with my eye glass order and employees. I'm still waiting over a month delay. I call to ask and get put on hold for 10 minutes or hung up on. I call again and am told call back in 2 or 3 hours. Now I have to wait till Monday. Way too busy sometimes. Not a very organized operation. I hope I get what I paid for? The Saga Continues: May 31st I ordered 2 pair of glasses. I got one pair on time. Second pair promised by June 16th. July 15th they finally found my glasses in the back room? It wouldn't have been such a bad experience if the receptionist or someone took some time to help me. I was treated like a pest. They didn't want to deal with me?
I called the office at 3: 51 to reorder contacts. I held for almost four minutes before someone came on to tell me to continue to hold. I tried calling on my cell phone as I was at work and holding on that line. After holding for over 9 minutes I got the recording that the office was closed. No one ever came back on the line. I have noticed that since the office changed from Total Vision the service level as dropped dramatically. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for vision care.
I want to know why it took almost a whole week to be notified that my insurance isn't accepted at this location, because now, I have to go waste more time and effort on finding another location to get my children's as well as my own vision taken care of. Why does this site state, we welcome all insurances, but I was told, mine wasn't accepted? In other words, why is this business committing fraud since they clearly don't "Welcome all insurances"!
I have been going to Total Vision, now MyEyeDr, for more than a decade. I have always seen Dr. Stephens. The staff and Dr. Stephens are wonderful and caring. I recommend them highly.
I have been a patient at Total Vision for over 10 years. The practice unfortunately was bought out by a business. Front staff rude, lazy, not a single patient skill. Dr. Stevens, as always friendly, professional easy to converse with about any concerns. Medical assistants, the same, professional, efficient. Came back out to receptionists was told to take a seat? All I needed was to pay copay and leave. Took no time to figure out I was waiting for a sales person to try and sell me glasses. Meantime waiting room full, one of the receptionists was actually sitting there looking at the ceiling? Finally walked up to desk and said I just wanted to pay copay and leave. Sales person came out where I expressed I was not buying glasses I had my script, her reaction cold, took my co pay, 60.00 more than what I was quoted when I was checking in. Left with trial contacts. Called a few weeks later to let staff know, they needed to be adjusted. The answer, ok I will let Dr assistant know and we'll call you back. A week goes by I finally call and was told after being put on hold that her manager said I needed to make appt and come back in. Did anyone ask what my doctor could do? I will not be returning there filed complaint with my insurance. Their hours do not a accomodate working patients, to make appointment you are told to go on line to make one. Oh and let's not forget their sales pitch to take a picture of the back of your eye? Not covered by your insurance company for an extra 40.00 when your checking in.
Our family has received the BEST care from Total Vision for over 20 years. We were concerned when they became affiliated with MyEyeDr, however, that concern was short lived! They are still the same AMAZING, WONDERFUL and caring people! The services they provide are unrivaled anywhere in this area. They treat each patient as family and we will never go anywhere else!
I could not be more pleased with my visit. Melissa was very helpful. She was able to get my Husband and I both the glasses we wanted for 1/2 the price of what another office gave us. They also have a large selection of glasses. Very fast, friendly service. Thank you for all your help Melissa!
Let’s start with Courtney. I got one pair last month and usually I look at frames and get confused and frustrated, then I just pick one and hate them. I told her to pick them for me, I never left my seat. She picked a lot and gave me advice on which ones looked good or BAD, I liked her honesty. I left in love with the glasses she picked! So, today back for the second pair discount and again, never left my chair. She is an asset to your company and deserves a raise or commission! She really know her job and is very personably and professional. And No, I’m not related! (Only met her at office) Just think when people do their jobs well they should be acknowledged and rewarded! Hope you know she’s a GEM for your business and customers.
Friendly staff but unable to provide adequate service. My Wife went there six times to get a new pair of glasses, just got back and the lenses are still not matching her needs. I have very little faith that visit number 7 will sort things out. I recommended to her after visit 3 to go to a professional.
This place has always been slow. Took then 6 weeks to get my glasses in. When I called they completely forgot who I was or that I had glasses coming.then when I go to get replacement glasses under warranty the young lady said they will call me when they are in. Probably around 2 weeks. I call back 4 weeks later after hearing nothing and they act like I never called. Now they are telling me my glasses are over warranty by a few months. I'm disgusted with the customer service and I will never do business with them again. Besides that all the ladies are nice
Always friendly staff, always helpful. They take their time to help you find what frames fit your style (look) as well as your face.
