Worse optical experience of my life, my 1st pair of glasses were so strong my eyes ached and headachesy sun glasses I was told 3 times they would be in tomorrow never happened then I was told on the 12 th of September never hhhappened now I was informed that they were denied or whatever but they charged my insurance and got paid

Terrible service. Had appt.scheduled for my mother & they cancelled it while she was pulling into the parking lot even though they had an available appt.after hers at 1: 00 that day. Told Nemiah she was there & he refused her the appt. My guess is the Dr.left early bc she was 5 minutes late.

Don’t waste your time booking online appointments, you’ll get a confirmation and they’ll reschedule you another week out although you booked a week in advance. They have poor communication, NEVER answer the phone. So if you’re running behind you might as well not even go because they won’t see you. You can’t control traffic. Most practices with good customer service will have you wait a bit to see you but nope not these unprofessional workers. They have NO accommodations and no care. I work in healthcare myself so I am going to speak, NO COMPASSION! I asked questions about the scheduling system and I was told by the guy that, this isn’t his company he doesn’t make the system. Before I said something disrespectful I just hung up. Dr kaufman was the best, they bought his practice and destroyed it. What a shame! They seem to have no management or maybe management just does whatever they want as well. But I will definitely not be returning.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Clark's optometrist service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and warmth. Dr. Clark's attentiveness was evident as she took incredibly good care of not just me, but also my six-year-old daughter, who has Autism, and even my husband.

Her patience and understanding while examining my daughter were truly remarkable. She created an environment where she felt comfortable, and her gentle approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free for her.

Since I submitted this review, I heard from the new area representative. I was informed that they know they have a problem with this location. I was told they have already replaced the store manager and will evaluate the rest of the staff.

I have been going to this location for close to 20 years. I always saw Dr. Kaufman, the doctor, and his staff were always great. About 6 years ago, I went for my appointment, and I saw it said MyeyeDr over the door. I asked Dr. Kaufman and he told me they bought his practice, but he would still be working there. Everything remained great. In fact, in August of 22, I convinced my wife to use him with great results. When I made an appointment for November 22, I made sure to make it with Dr. Kaufman. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that Dr. Kaufman no longer worked there. I also didn't recognize most of the staff. Dr. Clark was great. She told me I might need cataract surgery, which I really didn't want. She was able to get my eyes to 20-20 and advised me to wait. I ordered new glasses which were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. Because of incompetence, it took more than a month. The new glasses didn't help when in the sun, so I had to have cataract surgery, which went well. I went back to Dr. Clark for my new eye exam and only needed reading glasses. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one from Medicare and Sunglasses, from my private insurance. After over a month with MANY mix ups and calls to corporate customer service, I finally got my glasses. All the problems were caused by local staff. The only employee who knows what they are doing is Marianna, Evangeline, the store manager, is useless. Jenison Durrett from corporate Patient Relations told me that someone in upper management would get in touch with me. It's been quite a while, no call. They don't seem to care either. They lost my wife and I as patients.

The customer service here is top notch! John went above and beyond to take care of my brother and I! I felt like John was a good friend, he was so friendly, kind, and caring. He deserves a raise. This is my favorite eye dr.

I started going to this place when Dr. Kaufman was running it about 10 yrs ago. Ever since MyeyeDr.took over about the last 2 yrs, service has gone down. Dr's are great, is the office staff and ordering that's the problem. They never call you back, not professionals.

My appointment was at 3: 30, I was running 5 minutes late due to traffic. I called as a courtesy and instead I was told that they won’t take me and I’d have to reschedule. I cannot control traffic I find that ridiculous. Will not be returning to this office.

Normally I never post a bad review because I am a retailer and know how difficult serving the public can be. Unfortunately I am so horrified at the level of customer service at this location I am compelled to warn people. If you're looking for competant and caring service this is not the place to go. After calling 5 times in 8 weeks I get no response to my questions about where my order is. I leave messages no one calls back. Even if its bad news just let the client know. Absolutely no communication skills exist here except when they want you to get your annual eye exam, then you get 50 texts and emails. The eye Dr.there Alexia Clark is very nice and gives a good eye exam but never order anything from this store. Take your prescription and go anywhere else. Dr. Clark gets 0 support from the staff. The worst experience I have had in a very long time.

I ordered vp 4 pairs of glassess Oct 11,2022
all 4 glasses rightl lens was way off they had to reorder the 4 rightside lens its now april 14
2023 and im still without the 4 glasses and they dont call back they act like im not suppose to be mad REALLY WELL I WILL NEVER BE BACK WARNING WARNING THEY DONT EVEN GIVE A S—t

I would like to thank Dr. Clark and her staff for taking excellent care of me! I went somewhere else and didn't have a good visit. Dr. Clark, Ryan, Eva, and John quickly took care of me during my lunch break. I am so happy with this location and their customer service. Everyone was both helpful and friendly!

My first visit at my eye Dr and I must say the entire staff was friendly and very informative. I had a great eye exam with Dr Clark and she was very bubbly but also very through in her eye exam. From now she will be my eye doctor!

This place is a joke. Stay away. Made an appointment then the week of got canceled because something happened with the doctor & she wasn’t there. Made yet another appointment (which obviously they don’t have one right away so another 2 weeks waiting) 40 minutes. 40 minutes before my appt I get a phone call to reschedule it. The lady on the phone had no remorse about my time being wasted & all my appointments changed around because of this one. She kept putting me on hold & coming back laughing & at some point said im not going to sit & argue with you. Go anywhere else but about this place like a plague!

I am so thankful for myeyeDr.
Dr. Clark and General Manager Evangeline are the BEST. I broke my glasses and was do for an eye exam. Went in and they treated me like I was family and not a patient. Walked out with a free pair of frames until I'm able to get the glasses I want. This is why I have been coming to this Boynton Beach location for years now. You guys know exactly what good customer service is supposed to look like. See you all soon!

TERRIBLE experience. They destroyed my frames trying to adjust them and would not replace them. The GM there has no customer service skills. Customer service is non existent. They do not return calls, have no queuing system, and are always under-staffed. I blame this on the manager. Please save yourself a lot of heart ache and go somewhere else.

This place I tried to give it a shot because they are by my house and accepts my insurance. It is a scam. I was told by my insurance I would have a $0 copay for a contact lense exam. Why did it take over 30 minutes to check me out? Mind you other people were able to walk in and be assisted. Once finally checking out I was told $145 because my insurance only covered 30%. That is a lie. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.without insurance I never paid this much. So pathetic. God will deal with the wicked.
