12 Dr. Shannon Leitenbauer was great and so was her tech. My problem is with the rest of the office. I had my eye exam on 1/31/23 and was promised my Glasses on 2/8/23. Never got them I was told they was delayed and have an update on my lenes in February and then was promised a new date of 2/23/23 never got them. I was told my frames (bought my own frames) was lost and was found and promised 3-5 days now it’s 3/7/23 still no glasses. Incompetent and unprofessional.
Update: I finally got my glasses on 3/16 but my lenses was wrong. I paid for tint and my lenses aren’t tinted. I was told I would receive a call about getting the corrected lenses and I’m still waiting on a phone call.
Use to love this mom and pop place.
It's seams that corporate has taken over. The doctor is still the same, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but the front is not knowledgeable, couldn't even pronounce the procedure that was done. They use to treat you with respect and use to give military discounts, we are not talking about $100 glasses, these are $1700.00 selaral lenses. Needless to say I didn't order them, and think I will look for another doctor, preferably not corporate.
Ridiculous prices 1 pairs glasses closed to 800.00 dólar.never Buy in this places.costco 2 pair amazing for 300.00.progresives sam's club's and many other places.wake up people's.

The reason I give them two stars is because the office manager she is rude not friendly and talk to me very harsh. She made me embarrassed of my financial situation. And I felt like crying. Everyone else was very nice in the office I feel

This new place is terrible. To tell me that I didn't wear a specific brand of contacts for the last year that I purchased FROM you is ridiculous. Then to tell me my contacts are going to cost me over 3x what I paid the previous year was strike two. Final straw was when I ordered my contacts from a third party for well under half of what I was quoted, the office entered my prescription as +2.50 instead of -2.50. I put the first one in and couldn't see a thing. I'd recommend finding another office. I sure miss CR Lait.
Like many other reviews on their corporate page, “They’re good until they aren’t. ” Had a check-up in early December, ordered contacts from them on the same day. Was never notified that the contacts were there (although the office manager said someone did notify me based on what was in the computer). Called in late December, they tell me yes, they are here. Send my husband to pick them up. They ordered the wrong brand of contacts-no problem mistakes happen. Call them, to explain the situation and I’m placed on hold for 16 minutes and was told “we are extremely busy and I’m the only person here to answer the phones. ” Finally speak to “the contact person” who deals with “contact issues” and she ordered the correct brand. I ask approximately how long it will be and she said a maximum of 2 weeks-no problem. I call on January 11th and ask if they are in, I’m told no but based on FedEx tracking, they will be here on January 13th-no problem. Didn’t hear from the office so I call AGAIN on January 20th, and I’m told no, they still aren’t at the office. I explain that I was told they would be in on the 13th and now it’s a week later and I still don’t have the contacts. She places me on hold and puts the “contact person” on the phone who found my box of contacts immediately and very clearly said “I’m not sure why she told you they weren’t here. ” I verified with her that my husband will bring up the incorrect contacts (unopened) and he will be handed the correct ones with no fees, no issues, etc.and she said yes, they know where the contacts are and there won’t be any issues or anything else he needs to do. It is January 25th (almost 2 months after my initial appointment-mind you) and I sent my husband in to swap out the contacts, and he gets to the office and they tell him no, they aren’t in the office. I immediately call and tell them I spoke with the “contact person” and was told they were in “the cabinet” and I won’t have any issues. I’m placed on hold and 5 minutes later they are miraculously found. I tell them I will be right there. I get to the office and hand over the bag of incorrect contacts and I’m handed a box of the correct brand. I ask to speak with the office manager, the receptionist asks him to speak with me. He didn’t introduce himself so I have no idea of his name, and I explained the situation. He blamed it initially on system issues and he kept speaking over me. I told him I was trying to make him aware of the situation so he and his staff can do better. I explained that I’ve worked for corporate medical and dental office so I understand the dynamic and was providing this feedback so he can run the office efficiently and effectively. He thanked me-sarcastically at best-and I left. Do not waste your (or your partner’s) time by coming here, “They’re good until they’re not. ”
Michelle restored my vision from very bad to 20/20, professional, experienced, very kind and understanding. Jimmy the manager helped me resolve issues with the glare in my lenses. Great customer service and care, he listened to my problem and did the best to make the add on price accurate. Definitely highly recommended, excellent customer service! Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about the quality of care I received at My Eye Dr. Dr. Shannon Leitenbauer is not only very professional & knowledgeable, but very friendly, kind, caring & reassuring. Everything about my exam was explained in detail which I truly appreciated. Afterwards, I had the pleasure of meeting with Tanya Rowley who spent a lot of time with me helping to choose my frames & glasses that are perfect for me. She was so patient & one of the nicest people I have ever met. I really enjoyed my visit & highly recommend!

I would strongly recommend this practice.
Tammy is absolutely the best! I usually wear contacts and the doctor recommended I get glasses as a back-up. I haven’t purchased glasses in years and I did not feel rushed in choosing glasses at all. Tammy was so patient and helpful. She explained everything to me and made the purchasing experience a pleasant one! I will definitely be back!
