Where do i start so i decided to change eye doctors this year let me say this is one of the best decisions and experiences i have ever received from an eye doctor office, Chris is absolutely amazing snd Dr.kahn was extraordinary as well she took great care of me and my family our 1st visit was less than anything but perfect couldn’t have felt more appreciated and welcomed. Marie and the lady at the front also did their thang don’t want to leave any one out of this. The selection of glasses is more than enough also i had fluid behind my eyes they (Dr. Kahn) sent me to a retina specialist the same day to get treatment due the severity of my condition i would personally like give thanks from me and my family for overall service we received.thanks my eye doctor located in Lake Wales Florida foever my eye doctor unless i leave the area Ms. Sheba Holmes

From the 1st time I called until I ordered my 1st pair of glasses EVERYONE I dealt with was outstanding. They all went above and beyond.
This will definitely be the only place my son (wears contacts) will use moving forward.

I love Dr Pearce I have been able to wear contacts because of him. I have been going to him for 3 years and have recommended him to several friends that wanted contacts. But I will not be going back I had a visit this week 5/24/23 for my routine contact exam. I paid the extra to have the xray as usual. But come time to pay, I was charged an extra $145.00 for monovision fit (92310.3) which I have never been charged for in the three years I have had these exams. So I paid it because it was late afternoon. I called today 5/24/23 and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was in another office but would have her call me. Guess what no call. To say the least I’m not happy. I was NEVER told of an extra charge for contacts. I have Medicare and a good supplement. But this is not the way to do business. So sorry because I really liked Dr Pearce.

Dr Pearce is the best Dr. I have very difficult vision issues. He takes the time to research best options and explains everything very well. I highly recommend Dr Pearce

Made appointment online. Thry confirmed the appointment by email and text over multiple days. They called me to tell me the Dr.isn't taking new patients and cancelled my appointment. They should really fix their systems insteading wasting people's time.

Booked 1 of 3 available appointments as a new customer, received a reminder email for the appointment then an immediate phone call letting us know the doctor isn't accepting new patients.

From the start, Jaysmarie the tech was kind, professional, friendly and welcoming. She explained everything she was doing in detail. I wish there were people like her everywhere I go for medical care. She is the kind of person that would keep you coming back just to be able to interact with. Magan was also kind, funny, patient, and thorough with explaining my purchase and ensuring I got the best bang for my buck. She also took the initiative to tighten the glasses I had on because they were falling off of my face. She also brought it to her manager Reubens attention that my daughters glasses weren’t working for her (I got them from my eye Dr in poinciana 2 weeks ago) … They were able to work with me since I was buying her another pair and correct the faulty lens I purchased at poinciana. Reuben was also very kind, professional and helpful. That’s great leadership right there. Dr. Pierce is phenomenal. He explained everything in such detail and his professionalism is unmatched. His techniques are like nothing I’ve ever experienced and I will continue to come to this location just to interact with these amazing people. The front desk staff did not leave an impression. They handed me a clipboard and told me to read the top page carefully and that was it. They could take a couple lessons from the rest of the aforementioned staff!

The staff are very helpful and kind. Dr Pearce has been our doctor for many years. He takes his time with his patients to make sure their eye needs are met. They have a great selection of eye wear to choose from. Reuben, there is no challenge to big for you. You're the best! This team handles their patients with the utmost professionalism and a smile.

My recent experience was this week. I sat on my glasses and broke them. Ruben went above to call Roynd and find us a pair of lenses asap as my little brother passed away and we need to catch a flight out to California. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And ty My Eye Dr's. For employing a lovely young man. Forever grateful.
