Exceptional bedside manners. I honestly can’t say enough great things about everyone from Stephanie to the ladies that answer the phone. I would highly recommend them!

Disregard this Doctor and their despicable office Manager Mary. After a 12 year relationship with my former Psychiatrist…I found myself dropped/hung up on by Mary during a crisis. Only saw telemed physician assistant- mediocre Eric Bara never Dr Mertho Branch. Last appt Jan 5,2023 Asked for an action plan for depression & mania and med interactions …never an email, snail mail or phone message from Eric…office says wrong cell number which I corrected initially…. Last but not least…a Cover-their-behind moment January 20,2023 via text that a supply of my 3 meds was called into pharmacy because of my self-discharge from the Mertho Branch office…no managed care for these meds! Run don’t walk to another psychiatrist…no investment, carelessness to be found at Mertho Mompoint-Branch

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been a patient for years and have had so many issues with them sending in prescriptions. They often simply don’t respond to emails or phone calls. If they do respond, it’s likely that they still won’t send in your prescriptions without you following up. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve killed people by not filling their antidepressants. The most negligent doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Go somewhere else if you value your mental health I’m so hurt. I was seeing Stephanie Haire and was consistently disrespected as a patient and human. The front office is incredibly rude and impatient when I’m just trying to schedule or ask about the status of my prescriptions

I had an appointment with this place a few months ago and they're frustrating to work with. They had me sign documents saying they would let me know before they're about to charge my card for my appointment, but they never did. They charged me close to $200 for my appointment when I should have only paid around $30 through my high-deductible plan. I called more than once to be refunded the overpayment and they wouldn't return my calls. I finally got through one day and they dragged their feet on issuing a refund, and I had to educate them on where their paperwork said they would call me first before processing a charge. Also, if you use their web portal to ask for a call back or new patient appointment, you'll never receive a call. This practice lacks transparency and is not a place I trust with my mental health.

I’ve been seeing Stephanie for 2 months. She is excellent! Easy to speak to, understanding, and helpful. The receptionist are wonderful! Caring and polite!

Left them a voicemail, someone called me back and put me on hold for 5-10 minutes for absolutely no reason. Tried calling again today and was told they are not currently accepting new patients. Then why did they waste my time yesterday? The doctors may be good but I will never know because their front desk staff is very incompetent and unprofessional.

Stephanie Haire, PA-C is the only person in the medical field who has ever made me feel like I'm being listened to. For every problem I bring her way-big or small-she has a solution at the ready. (And when that solution doesn't work, she has alternate options to try, as well!) Not only that, appointment after appointment, it's clear that she actually -cares- about the wellbeing of her patients. I whole-heartedly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for psychiatric care.

Amazing personnel; they really care about their patients and they work hard to suffice whatever needs I might have. Ms. Stephanie is awesome and Mary as well.

Dr. Howard has been amazing. Five months ago I began my sessions and it has made a world of a difference. I finally feel like myself again and have gotten back to healthy lifestyle choices. I’m incredibly happy that I made the choice to call and schedule that first visit. I don’t think I would be where I am now had I not done so.

I have been visiting Dr Branch with my son for four years. She and her Staff have been invaluable helping to work with Challenging learning and coping issues. I would give Dr Branch and her P. A.s the highest recommendation possible. I drive from Celebration to Winter Springs for personal visits when not using Zoom. Do not hesitate to take advantage of her first class, knowledgeable, care getting help for your family. It is a life changing experience.

I have been seeing Nathan Howard at Dr. Branch’s office for the past few months. Its been the best experience I’ve had dealing with my mental health care. Nathan is professional, knowledgeable caring and friendly. If I have a question I can email him directly and he always responds within 24 hours. I’ve never had an issue getting appointment which has been so nice! I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Branch for over 7 years. She has helped me and continues helping me with my concerns. She listens and cares for her patients and I would recommend her to both the young and the old.

We have been seeing Nathan since day 1 we were referred to their office and we couldn’t be happier. In every visit, he takes the time to ask questions, to listen and help us understand how to best help our teenage daughter with her diagnosis. Nathan was very helpful with choosing the best treatment plan for her condition and we are certainly seeing positive and promising results with her. He’s very professional and certainly very caring for his patients.

Nathan Howard (PA) is so great. He always listens to my problems and makes me feel like my concerns are valid. He also definitely knows what he's talking about and cites articles when I'm curious about reading on my own. My favorite thing is that he never has a problem answering all of my questions (and I ask A LOT of questions). I like to learn about the medicine and how the treatment works. He always takes the time to explains things well, even if it's not relevant to my treatment. Overall Nathan is great and I couldn't recommend him more.

Dr Branch has been a dedicated provider to my family member for well over a decade. Her support staff helps with coordinating care, insurance, and documentation when needed for other care or employment accommodations. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatry assistance with their child or for an adult.

Nathan Howard at Myrtho Mompoint-Branch is the best outpatient physician I have seen for psychiatric care. He listens to his patients concerns and allows them to participate in their treatment. I have seen many psychiatrists in my 22 years of life since the age of 3, and many doctors I feel treat their patients like a mentally ill guinea pig instead of a person with abilities and intelligence. Nathan Howard is one of the few psychiatric physicians to treat his patients as people. In fact, when I first started my treatment with him, he made sure my diagnosis was correct, and this is essential because different disorders often have different treatment plans. The correct diagnosis helps ensure patients receive the right treatment plan. If you or a loved one are seeking psychiatric help, consider Nathan Howard.

Dr. Branch has a Board Certified Psychiatric Physician’s Assistant named Nathan Howard and I highly recommend him to anyone coming to the practice. He has helped my daughter tremendously, he made her feel comfortable, and at the same time provided her with the medical expertise she needed according to her medical condition. He’s down to earth and very easy for a child to talk to, again I highly recommend him.
