Came in today with an appointment for 11: 45. I was told she was just finishing, if i could have a seat. I waited patiently for 30mins to the minute. I looked over and they had just started painting. Please don't lie to me and waste my time. As im walking out the receptionist couldn’t have cared less and was on the phone. I would have asked to speak to the owner, but after reading the reviews that woule have been pointless. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS- Spend your money some place else.

I have been going to mystic for years. I used whoever’s available and I always had great service. And if I see anything, I asked politely and they are all delivered what I asked.

Most unprofessional French manicure I have ever gotten. Took almost 3 hours. Oh & was still charged full price! Will not be returning.

I recently moved into the area and visited this salon a few times being that they are literally waking distance from my home. The service is always consistently sub par. It seems every time I go it gets worst. This last time was the last straw. When I went in I was met by the owner who already had an attitude when I asked to have my nails done by certain people. Those people were “out”so she gave me another person. The person who did my nails was awful. She was literally setting her doctors appointments while doing my nails. She had ME hold on while she looked up what she needed to set the appointment. Then when she finished my pedicure she just walked away. I sat there for like 5 minutes thinking she went to go get something. When I finally got up to leave she was sitting at the front reception desk with the owner! To make matters worst the nail polish literally chipped off the VERY NEXT DAY! I was on an international flight out of the country otherwise I totally would have gone back and made them fix it! I’ll have to make the drive to a better place because the convenience is not worth the frustration!

To stared I ask for short coffin apres, and they putted me mediums size that is too long for me, and then I ask for French and is extra charge $15 and…! Then, when you want apres nails is not included the manicure, like not cut the cuticle or exfoliate nothing! Like what! $65 + 15 French are you crazy? Come on! Never come back is a no no for nails!

Rude owners. Unsterile products. Lackluster skills. Stay away! Read all the bad reviews - they’re there for a reason.

Worst experience ever! Stay away… I came for the first time to get my nails done with powder, one week later they begin to chip, I come to have them fixed and they keep telling me come the next day come the next day come the next day and every time the nails kept breaking more. By the third day that they accepted me in they say I have to pay full price and that it has been many days already, but they are not counting the three days that I came with no results. I asked to have at least the nails taken out and they asked me to leave cos they would not even do that. They have a terrible attitude and not to mention, the holds on the phone for ever. Services is key when you have a business and it’s terrible that they would not take responsibility for the cheap products they use.
Do not come to this place. They had me walk out with my nails as you see in the pic and with a sarcastic smile the owner said please leave. Go there and be disappointed.

Was a little nervous because of all the negative reviews, but I'm so happy with my experience at Mystics. The front desk was accommodating, and my nail tech, Teresa, was super sweet and did an amazing job. The place is also gorgeous, with a beautiful ambience. The pricing was fair, I feel that the service was worth the money. Overall extremely satisfied with everything, and I would recommend.

Horrible place, DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY.
They really don't care about their customers if you see bad reviews believe them. They worked on my wife's nails and completely mess up her nails and still charged to fix them even when it was their mistake. Management extremely poor. 3.3 rating should say something.

THIS PLACE IS INSANELY EXPENSIVE. $65 FOR A "BASIC" MANICURE GEL POLISH WITH ACRYLIC OVERLAY. NOT ALL NAILS WERE FILED & SHAPED NICELY, AND THESE ARE SUPER SHORT NAILS THAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE NOT LOOKING TO WASTE MONEY.

Consistently amazing service. We have been going here for about a year and they never disappoint!

First, I LOVE The two techs I use, they do an amazing job on my nails and are so personable. The reason for my lower rating, is the front desk. Every single time I call to make an appointment, they act as though I’m bothering them and its a hassle to get me in. On one occasion, they told me I could not make an appointment, I could only walk in. When I walked in, they didn’t have availability then offered me an appointment. Which, they could’ve done over the phone. It is as if their goal is to make you as inconvenienced as possible. They are not interested in anything to do with customer service. If the front desk service matched the technicians product, this would be a five star spa. Sadly, I don’t think they are interested.

I had a bad experience here before but decided to give another try because it’s close to my house, however I was disappointed once again.
What a terrible service! $50 for a horrible pedicure, and I told my tech I wasn’t happy, but she couldn’t care less. Stay away. They are very unprofessional, rude and all about money. Here are the pictures of the “great” service they provided…

Manager is a b**** and discriminates against customers based on the type of service being done. They only care about money.

They are always running late even after a scheduled appointment. No respect for peoples time. Management is horrible and so are the employees. Never going back

I’ve never had a good experience here every time I walk in it’s like I’m a bother. They are very expensive considering I’ve only ever done gel manicures and pedicure end up paying over $100 every time I’m there. They’re trying to cram a lot of people in one area so it’s a strange design interiorly. It gets a two star instead of a one because of the Decour which is very nice.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My sister and I have been patrons of this business for over 10 years. We have seen this business grow and change in wonderful ways. We have seen some technicians come and go, and we usually have a really good rapport with our individual nail techs. However, I am personally disappointed with the owners and longtime staff. After ten years they still don’t recognize myself sister and I and no matter how well we tip ($15 on a $60 ticket), we still don’t get the leg rub/foot massage with our pedicures. I know 10 years is a long time to reveal these feelings, but as I said our individual technicians have been okay at times, but they are gone now. And we have periodically gone to other nail salons in the area over the years, but have come back to Mystic for the convenience. However, we not be relapsing back to Mystic Nails any longer. We don’t have the complexion for full service or recognition in that establishment.

Great place! They always have walk-in appointments during the weekdays, middays. Easy to schedule over the phone appointments as well. They do services for men.

I asked for this design of nails I have never had dip powder nails come out so bulky. The nail tech didn’t file them down after applying the coats and made them look super bulky. I hate them. I also got a pedicure and she didn’t even remove the cuticle or do much. It was bad I ended up paying $125 for both and will probably never return.
