N Color Salon, Naples FL

Svetlana is the best stylist and colorist in Naples. She is so expert at cuts and color — but also enormously talented in leading edge services like extensions and pieces to cover hair loss. Every time I talk to her she is taking some class to master new techniques. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to change up their look to something fresh and exciting!

Kiem is the only stylist that I trust to cut my hair. My texture is naturally curly however I prefer to use a barrel brush
with product to style. I have followed Kiem for 13 years. He also does an amazing job for my color and highlights! Treat yourself to an appointment with Kiem. He will work wonders with your hair

But the best part is just being with you my friend.

I was a customer of N Color hair salon for a few months and found it to be sorely lacking. Lisa was my stylist. Every time I was there she was double or triple-booked with other clients, which left me with a stylist who was stressed and hurried. So, the level of service I received was not what I was accustomed to. Coming in for hair color, Lisa would brush it on quickly. Not really getting the color all over my head to cover all of my roots, but she did manage to slop the color all over the smock I was wearing, and get it in my ears. The second process of a "glaze" was done by an assistant. This was applied to my longish hair and then my wet hair was allowed to just hang against the back of the thin smock N Color provides. That left me with hair dye on my back, neck, and on my clothing. I let Lisa know about the problem. To solve the issue, she and her assistant tried to wrap plastic cellophane across my back or tried wrapping my hair with the plastic, which of course didn't stay in place. Trying to have my hair colored became a messy clown show; truly ridiculous!

I've never encountered this problem in another salon. Other salons cover clients with larger more protective capes and use towels to keep clients dry. When I asked about capes, I was told by the office manager, Victoria, "We don't use ponchos here. " So it's clear, how things look is more important to N Color than protecting their clients' bodies and clothing from the dyes.

The worst part of my experience at N Color was the attitude of the staff. There is a definite vibe of, "How dare you come in and criticize us about anything. We're doing you a favor by allowing you to be a client". Lisa never apologized for the sloppiness or getting hair dye on me, she just behaved miffed that I had a problem.

This hair salon is advertised as a "high-end" salon. They're not! In reality, they are a boutique, an expensive tourist trap. Most of the so-called "hair salon" is actually a store full of crystal, costume jewelry, and cheap accessories they're trying to sell. The hair salon is a smaller part of the space and the operation. The stylists are limited in proper experience and talent. If you're used to being treated with kindness and respect, you won't find much of that here. If you're looking for a hair salon in S. W. Florida, and you're used to being pampered along with having your hair done expertly, you won't find that here either. You will find at N Color Salon that you've been overcharged for substandard services. Don't waste your time and money with this place.
