Terrible! Groomer was over 40 minutes late, I requested to reschedule or a refund they refused to do either! I would not trust this place with my dog
Unreliable! They show up late to appointments and make up excuses for their tardiness. They also cancel appointments at the last minute when the groomer decides she doesn't want to drive to your location.
