Great manicure and pedicure by Lisa. I have also done my nails with Aaron who did a great job as well. Clean and peaceful salon.

I’ve been using this place for almost a year, sent so many of my friends there, I was a regular! They acted so friendly until today, when I could’ve sworn my appointment (which I booked a week ago!) was at 2: 30, but they claim it was at 2: 15, yes! I was 15 min late and Cici took someone else, and now expect me to wait another week for her next available appointment. Super disappointed, you would expect them to respect clients but no. Done with this place forever. And taking all my friends with me.

The wife is okay the husband was okay until the end he was very unprofessional at the end. They have people that pick and choose to do who they want to do. The wife told me to wait for ce ce for 10 minutes that was no problem the husband told me you can go somewhere else because you will be waiting a while I had to tell him his wife told me 10 minutes im happy I waited ce ce treated me like a queen she about the only professional one in there.

Been coming here for a while now and haven’t went anywhere else. Vivian or Lisa is the best! Never disappointed

Yesterday was my first time here, they are a little further than I usually travel, but I WILL be traveling to them every time I need my nails done. They are super nice and make sure you feel welcome. Friendly staff and they are very attentive towards your needs, asking if you need water, which as we all know is not very common anymore. My nail tech was very dedicated to making sure my nails looked great and he did AMAZING. I would recommend them to everyone.

My nails look awful and I paid a lot of money. Would not recommend and will not return. Nail tech rushed through my feet, did my feet in 10 min and I paid for the signature pedicure. He also rushed through my nails and filed them so much chunks of product kept coming off and he had to redo it a few times. Going to have to go someplace else to redo my nails

I got a French gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure for $65. Everywhere else that I go it’s about $85. I had Mimi as my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She did everything that I asked for including the VERY LIGHT pink tone under the white. I have a super crooked nail and she sat there with me while I told her step-by-step how she needed to file it, and you can’t even tell that it’s crooked now! Definitely would recommend!

I've been getting SNS dip powder manicures for 3+ years, every single one I have ever had from several different salons have lasted me a minimum of 2 weeks. Within 3 days every single one of my nails have chipped off, very disappointed paying $55 for a job that didn't even last a week. The staff was friendly, but I would not return here for a manicure due to the quality.

I’ve been there twice and had two different people do my manicure and pedicures. Both times I was really impressed and happy with the job done. It was exactly what I wanted. The gel manicures that I got also lasted for over two weeks unlike some of the other places I’ve got them done. They were able to fit me in the same day which is great if your like me and can’t plan ahead. This is definitely my new nail salon!

The staff are very friendly and talented. Most of all they all have a very positive energy and vibe. Everyone was very nice and the nail techs are extremely talented here. The worst nail shop I’ve ever been to the guy was extremely rough he was grading skin that wasn’t even dry or dead just my regular skin left me bleeding and did a sloppy job!

Best nail place I ever been so far. Literally is PERFECT. I love how they do it just like you ask, close to the skin, perfect shape as well. Super professional, I felt comfortable the whole time, no pain! Its my second time here getting an acrylic set with gel. The first time I got with lee and the second with minnie and I will def keep coming back! Highly recommend

I’ve been going here since the start of this year and let me tell you… they never disappoint. The owner is so amazing, she has great customer connection… she remembers your name and even when I called to set an appt, she knew exactly who I was. My nails always come out beautiful, even when I don’t do my nails with Vivian it still comes out great. They’re really honest and I can’t wait to come back for my next two appts. The price is also great! Trust me, I looked around and no one made me feel as satisfied with the price and quality as Nail House! I can go 3 weeks without doing my nails and they still look amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Worst experience of my life. The owners were out of town on fri July 23 2021 the day I got my nails and toes done so there was nobody who could help me i left my number for them and I called a bunch of times and nobody answered until
Today July 29 2021 and Tony the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. My nails were done completely wrong with the colors getting blended and he blamed me saying I chose the colors when I asked for a still picture of the video to prove to me that he was seeing the correct colors he refused and when I told him that the electric drill was dropped into my pedicure tub while my feet were in it and I got shocked he didn’t care. He refused a refund of any sort or to redo my nails. He refused to give me any of the video feed as well. He was rude and told me he will fight the dispute with my card company and that I’ll need to get the police involved if I want any of the footage which I’d be surprised if he kept it since it’s negligence that electrical
Equipment was dropped into water my feet were in. By the way there was a drill being used because acrylic was being out on my two big toes. I’ve posted a picture of what my nails were supposed to look like vs what I ended up with. They have a 5 day guarantee but funny how they waited until the 6th day to finally answer my calls. Ive been calling all week and they had my number but NEVER reached out. The most unprofessional and disgusting approach to customer service. He told me I didn’t have to pay I could have left but they would have cut my nails off that’s how the call ended yet I wasn’t given that option since they weren’t there I was told to pay and when the owners come back they will handle it otherwise I would have let them cut off the hideous nails. They said the technician works in a commission based pay and that if it was the technician fault it would be a different story but he chose to blame me because that’s apparently easier. I do not trust them and I will get law enforcement and an attorney involved for the video if it still exists which if he deleted it that’s also tampering with evidence and for dropping electrical equipment and shocking me. All this could have been avoided with him saying to let them redo my nails properly or refund me or even an actual apology and a discount for my next visit if he was trying to at least help the situation in any way basically anything but instead he was persistent and blamed me and said I got what I chose color wise which is untrue. Had he showed me a picture from the colors on the technicians desk and said see same color if day fine you’re right but he knew it wasn’t the same color and so he refused to send a picture as proof and didn’t care about my experience. Never again. Worst place ever and I would recommend never using them

Very clean and fast service, friendly too. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't push/trim cuticles like a regular Mani/Pedi does, and the price they charge is too high considering they don't do the full procedure.

My husband and I went here for pedicures. I also got my nails done and he got a manicure. We absolutely loved it. My nail tech was Cici and she did a great job on the nails and the design! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

After going to many nail salons both home & salon this was by far the best experience for me & my mom. Vivian did my nails & pedicure and everything came out amazing! She’s very polite & attentive. My mom went to Cici & she was happy with her results. YES.they’re pretty pricey but as a business owner I understand why.location! But It’s definitely worth it in my opinion. Thank you again Vivian & Cici and will see you guys on our next appointment.
