Ornella is the best nail technician I have ever been to, I have been loyal to her for a little over 3 years. She’s not only a nail tech, she take pride in very tiny detail of her work, execute every nail art with such perfection/grace, and overall she treat her clients as friends. She is the best at what she does, I am always so excited to come to her with new ideas and always delivers the best outcome. She makes it soooo easy to choose what we are going do and I always leave feel a million time better then how I arrived.

I’ve been going to Ornella since late 2020. Before going to see her, my nails were struggling because I used to bite them. Thanks to Ornella’s consistently beautiful work and amazing technique, I no longer bite my nails or cuticles and everyone asks “are those your real nails? ” I always say yes!
Ornella is not only amazing at executing whatever nail design idea you come in with but she honestly does it with a huge smile on her face and is willing to go above and beyond to achieve and collaborate with you in order to arrive at a perfect outcome.
Over the years, Ornella has been not only a nail tech to me but a friend. She knows of any of my happy moments and any of my sad moments. She always treats me like family and offers a hug, a coffee, or a laugh.
I could not say one bad thing about her and recommend you make an appointment with her so you can see for yourself.

Will never go anywhere else in Miami. Ornella’s knowledge and attention to detail is unparalleled when it comes to manicures and pedicures, and she uses the best products/techniques for your nails. My nails can last just about a month before I’m itching to go back from too much growth. She’s also just a genuine joy. Love going in for an appointment and love the end result when I leave. Once you go to Ornella, you’re not going to want to leave. Aside from her one of a kind customer service. She really cares for nails and helps you grow your real nail to a strong healthy nail

Update: I used to get ingrown nail on my left toe and since I started coming to Ornella! I haven’t had an ingrown nail.

I’ve been going to Ornella for over a year and half now and I would never go to anyone else ever again. She is hands down the absolute best nail technician and artist I’ve ever had, I’m honored to wear her art on my hands. I came to her because my friend had the coolest nail art I had ever seen and when I asked her about them and she told me has the best nail girl. I used to bite my nails obsessively and would get acrylics or dip to cover my terrible nail biting. Ornella does Russian Dry Nail or E-File and in less than 6 months of seeing her, she helped me stop biting my nails completely and grow my own out to be super healthy and a beautiful length! She has such a great energy and genuinely cares about her clients and the health of their nails and that they get a design or color they absolutely love since we all look at own hands so much. I adore Ornella and am so so glad I asked my friend about her nails and found her.

Ornella does such an amazing job on my manicure & pedicure! I’ve been seeing her for 5 months now and always leave in love with my experience! My polish or nails never chip or crack. My natural nails feel stronger than ever before!:)

Ornella is the absolute best! She is so detail oriented and does the best manicure/pedicure I’ve ever had. I get compliments everyday. She can do absolutely any design you want and is so precise! Obsessed with her and she even did my boyfriends pedicure and got rid of his fungus.
