Nails Etc, Sunrise FL

I asked for the cheese grater for my feet because I work construction. Needless to say the bottom of my feet are still hard. Water was not hot enough. I spoke up but went unheard. Won't be back

It wasn't the experience I was looking for a pedicure should be a lot better my toe nails were smughed the god towel was even on for real just got it rubbed and they did not rub my feet well to get a really good experience you have to pay and get deluxe+

Just moved to the area so I had to try a couple places to see whom I like. Nails Etc has been my go to now for about 3 months with no complaints. Johnathan is my favorite!

Absolutely horrible customer service.the tech who did my nails tried to charge for something he did not do.and told me to come back the next day to complete my nails. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor no one was available. The young man then started to speak louder in front of the everyone as if I was trying to be unreasonable. I don't even have rapport with him to pay for something that was not done. He also grabbed my hand aggressively without consent to show a co worker my nails. I have come to terms with understanding that there is some underline racism in these establishments and I will no longer support these establishments that feel free to be abusive towards minorities when they themselves are also minorities. I will only support the minorities who look like me.

Anna is great there. Personable. Needs some work on polishing toes.not as neat. But does a great job with dipping powder.

Do not get your nails done at the shop! Jenny and the manager are big bullies! They tried to trick me when I was done getting my nails done by adding an extra $15 for a clear gel topcoat that I did not ask for. When I was ready to leave I asked why do I have an additional $15 charge they laughed in my face and said because we put a clear gel topcoat on top of your fill in. I said I was not paying $15 and asked him to fix it. They remove the gel and then when I was getting ready to pay again when i noticed there was an additional $5 charge and they said it was because they had to remove the gel THEY applied. I paid the extra $5 because I was in a rush and they sat in the shop and all laughed.

There was a lack of communication instead of telling the nail tech that I was waiting she let her continue with the new person and just ignored me and say oh it’s a lack of communication yeah but you know she could’ve said oh this lady’s been waitingAnna sign the new person to a different nail tech

Terrible customer service. Poor quality designs. Not worth the money. Didn't even get a clear coat until after tip. Left a nice one. Will not be back.

I have been going to Nails ETC for a few years and never had such a horrible experience as I did during my LAST visit. The nail tech did not understand english and when I ask for someone explain to my tech that my nails tips were crooked and others were shorter than the others they proceeded to file down the SHORT ones. I will never go there again!

ASK FOR GINNY! I've been seeing her for over 8 years and she's amazing, quick, professional and funny.

Service was excellent and I was a long time customer BUT will not go back now because they are under new management and now they won't make a manicure appointment because it's not for at least $20. I feel that is greedy. It's not like they are so busy on a Thursday morning. Very disappointed!

Horrible experience. I got my nails done by David one week ago and they are already breaking, chipping at the sides in addition to lifting. I was told by the receptionist to come in immediately and had to wait over 30 minutes and still not serviced. The receptionist told me to have a seat in David's chair then David left and went to go ahead and do a pedicure. Will not be going back and was a waste of $50 to get the acrylics put on in the 1st place.

Worst nail salon ever, they did a horrible job and then acused me of not wanting to pay, unprofessional, rude, horrible service, damaged my nails. Terryble job. Shame of a place.

My service was great…. But there front desk is POOR she is rude, unorganized and has poor customer service skills. She literally threw my money on the counter after me get a $65 pedicure from them and this is not the first time I have had lack of communication and poor service from her either. It’s sad because the owner is my next door neighbor but me and my family will never support his business again and I will inform all my family in this community of this as well

While my nails were soaking the man doing my nails went to work on someone’s toes. No gloves. When he comes back I asked him to please wash or sanitize his hands because he just finished working on someone’s feet.

He refused to wash or sanitize his hands & tells me not to argue with him. I asked him if someone else can help me since he refuses to wash his hands.

He ignores me, continues to try to work on my hands & repeatedly tells me not to argue with him, which I was not. I was asking nicely. He was rude and condescending. My friend also had a very bad experience with customer service with the owner. Will not go back. Don’t recommend. The guy’s name was Dom

Don hooked me up with the best fullset yesterday. Better than I showed him I wanted. He's amazing

I had Linda as my Nail Tech! She was awesome! Sweet, professional, fast, excellent worker! Explained everything I asked. Loved how she worked. I had full set w/gel overlay! & Polish! Nails look n feel amazing! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars. I recently received an injury from this salon. I went in for a normal eye brow waxing like I have done many times before at the same salon. I went home afterwards and my family noticed my left eye swelling. I put ice on it and went to bed. The next morning, I work up to my eye being extremely swollen, red, and painful.

I went back to the salon to talk to the manager and he didn't even talk to me or look up from whatever he was doing. Angela was the worker who did my eyebrows and she was extremely apologetic and nice about everything, but the manager could care less.

I now have to seek medical treatment for my injuries. I completely do not recommend any establishment who does not care about their negligence.

Ouch. My finger will sting for days every time I cut a lemon or use hand sanitizer I cannot recommend a salon that does not take basic precautions to ensure the customers are not cut during their services.
