Nails Lux, Fort Lauderdale FL

I gave this place two opportunities to do a gel manicure after having been a loyal customer for about a year. The gel lasted me 7 days the first time and 8 days the second time. I complained and she asked what I did to make it wear off so quickly. I have moved on and have found out just how much better a nail salon can be. My new salon. 15-30 days with no chips and that is only because I get a new gel manicure who knows how long it would last. The grass is greener

Horrible! The nail tech was so rough and charged way to much. And filed my nails unevenly and cut them way to short.

This place is awful. The lady that did mine spoke 0 English and she cut me 3 times and didn’t even apologize. Also, I wanted gel nails and regular polish on my toes. The lady that did my nails waited until after she was done with my nails to tell me that they didn’t have the same color in regular polish. Would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My gel nails always last me at least 3 weeks in perfect condition. Wouldn’t go any where else.

The best nail work ever. Ask for Ty if you want natural looking nails. For the best pedicure ask for Cindy.

Do not go here! My nail literally got infected and fell off! I had acrilic gel nails done I always get them and decided to try somewhere new. My nails all broke and one of them literally fell off! Avoid this place at all cost they do not do things up to health code and this can be really serious!

Overall experience was good. I only wish at time of my service Ty was available because I can see how much he pays attention to detail and even his co-workers details for service. He wants the customers happy. I was happy especially with my pedicure and the nexgen (which was my first time getting) on my right hand. Now my left hand a couple of the nails was clear could have been filed down more to make it look more natural and he cut me with drill but I was on my lunch period and was already there almost 2hrs. So I did not make a big deal. The gentlemen that did me I enjoyed talking to but think he lost a bit of focus by time doing second hand. I would love to go back but to try Ty since according to others and what I can see he is the man!

Revised review: after going to another nail shop that did my NexGen Nails and let me tell you the experience was night & day. This is way it should have been done. If you go here do NOT go to older gentlemen! Horrible job. Or just go to another place.
