***DO NOT WORK HERE***My daughter was hired there and had an emergency medical situation where she had to go to the ER. She was scheduled to start that morning and she informed them hours before her scheduled shift. The hiring manager told my daughter that everything was ok and to keep her posted regarding when she could start work. She kept in contact with this manager and asked several times to be put on the schedule. She even tried to get in touch with the boss above this manager to get put on the schedule, which was never responded to. Next thing you know, she couldn’t even log into the work app. She was never even told she was let go, she had to find out by just not being able to log in. Poor management and poor communication! ****AVOID AVOID AVOID****

Everyone at Naju was so kind and friendly. They took such good care of my dog. The daycare drop was so convenient! I will use them anytime I’m in the area!

My fur babies have always loved spending time with the Naju crew. Whether it’s a bath or just playing in the dog park they thoroughly enjoy being there. I have been a customer for many years over the lives of 3 of my puppies and have always been treated like family the facility is top notch and is clean enough to eat off of the floor

So convenient and she was awesome. My babies were calm and have never looked so good. I would definitely recommend them.

The young lady who groomed him seemed really nice, and when she came carry him to me, I knew she was OK or Chip would have never let her carry him, thanks guys, this review is for mobile grooming

We boarded our two kitties with them for 5 days while we were out of town. They took them in with a welcome and handled them as we would. On the morning we were to pick them up I got a phone call regarding on of them who had a literal overnight behavior change. The manager, who had been with them all along told me what asked was going on and called our vet when I asked. We got her, the cat, to the vet in short order. They cared about our kitties every step of the way! Plus, they wanted to know how the situation was resolved. Thanks to all.

They were very accommodating when We had to extend our 2 dogs stay. After picking them up and bringing them home both dogs were extremely thirsty and drank 2 1/2 gallons of water in less than 24 hours which they have never drank that much before. Which was our only concern.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My dog has being puking and having diarrhea which his most recent poop contained something he swallowed while under Najus “care” We were told he was eating great and then after calling to ask about his bowel movements we were told he barely ate. Then we were told QUOTE ON QUOTE BY THE MANAGER “if your dog eats at all, they consider that great” because of how nervous dogs are while boarded. Never again. Road trip across the country and we’ve been stopping every hour.

Reasonably priced for dog grooming. Gonna try to use the mobile grooming one day and will update. But not disappointed with their services yet.

The staff at Naju go above and beyond to be courteous and polite. They are beyond excellent in their grooming standards and they treat my Shih-Tzu as if she was one of their own. I highly recommend the folks at Naju for all your boarding and grooming needs. These are good, good people working at Naju!

This place is the best for pet grooming, as we have taken our Suki Monster here for the last few years, Suki is also so happy and playful when I pick her up, the staff are amazing, professional and always to happy in the morning when I drop Suki off, you cannot go wrong with your fur baby having them groomed at Naju Pets, this place is by far the best of the staff are so great with our Suki Monster,

Dissatisfied with service. First visit my dog was hurt. Gave them another chance. Now the last and final time experienced Poor organization with booking appointment, and feeling the Business is too overwhelmed with clients and can’t handle the work load. My golden doodle ended up being shaved down to his skin. The lack of communication with the client is unfortunate. My dog has never been shaved. My poor dog looks like he was skinned. I am so disappointed. They have never groomed him this way 3 times prior however, at this time the management and owners need to intervene.

I believe this facility is not at its fullest potential and I will sadly be not returning my pet here. She has barely been there for 2 months for daily daycare and has gotten the kennel cough twice within this span. The amount I have spent on vet visits has been more than what I spent on this daycare (which should suggest otherwise). The staff are great and my dog was coming home tired and happy looking but she was constantly coming home dehydrated and panting. I understand the heat is on a different level but that shouldn’t excuse not providing the dogs water at the end of the day before they are ready to be picked up. I do like their process of how they handle sick dogs by sheltering them away from other dogs at the first sign of symptoms but why is my dog continually getting kennel cough after 2 bordetella vaccinations (one in the nose and one orally). Touring the facility gave me a peace of mind at first but looking back I am unsure of how much they clean the bowls and the areas they are crated in. I also wonder if other parents are taking the precautions to care for their fur babies as much as I am not allowing her to have come back to daycare after 3 weeks and antibiotics. She has also contracted ear mites and ear infections and again I know that comes with the territory of sending her to daycare but the problems outweigh the benefits as of now.
