Absolutely LOOOOOVE Nan & Pops! You get both and incredible experience & ice cream! The owners & staff are top notch! They give back to the community & support our military and first responders which means a lot to me as a veteran. Highly recommended!

We came in during Heroes Strong so there was a Dj which was awesome! The entire staff walked us through all of the options and made us feel like family. We were going to take it to-go, but decided to stay and eat instead

Staff is A class! They are sincere, you feel like family when you step in. They have an Amazing menu with anything and everything you could possibly Imagine.perfect for a nice quiet relaxing date, after training spot and my go to for sweets! Thank you guys for all you do!

The friendliest staff, and delicious ice cream- the choices and creations make it difficult to decide what to order. They are always striving to do good for the community, and have a generous heart for helping others! Highly recommend.

I came in 15 minutes before closing, feeling guilty about that. But the two young men were so nice and their customer service was on point. My husband got the garbage pail waffle and I got the banana split. Both were delicious. Loved my first experience here and will be back!

Very lovely local business that offers truly gourmet desserts, not just basic ice cream that you could get anywhere else! The consistency is thicker than typical ice cream, the soft waffle that they make right there in front of you (not the usual ice cream cone) is really unique, and overall it tastes great! If you're looking for a place to go out for dessert with your team or your family and want something special you should definitely give Nan & Pop's a try!

We love this place! The owners are so friendly and kind. They have lots of delicious flavors including my favorite, apple strudel. If you love milkshakes, check out their freakshakes which are aptly named because they are much more than a milkshake, they coat the rim of the cup with frosting and a topping, and top the shake with things like candy bars, whoopee pies, mini cupcakes, the list is extensive. They are always adding new things.

They have also been hosting lots of fun events like a paint day for kids, a paint night for adults, and a gingerbread house building day.

Definitely recommend Nan and Pops if you're in Longwood.

So disappointed! I wanted to love this place after driving by hundred of times-finally decided to stop and wish I had saved my money and kept going.

COOKIE SUNDAE: Chocolate chip cookie is averaged sized, thin, hard and crunchy with a scoop of ice cream.super small portion and not what I was expecting. Yikes!

My child enjoyed their small scoop of ice cream but for nearly $20.its definitely not worth the price nor quality of what you're paying for.

Most likely won't return. Great thing is we can say we 'tried it'.

Eh… I have passed by Nan and Pops many, many times and have told myself, “I HAVE to try this place out! ” Finally my husband said let’s go! I was so excited, especially after looking over the menu and deciding on the Cookie Monster Craze Freak Shake. When my husband brought it over to me I was so impressed by the presentation, whipped cream, topped with a cherry, two Oreos and a nice warm chocolate chip cookie, YUM! I ate the top first and then began drinking the shake; this is where things took a turn. The vanilla ice cream was so bland! The only flavor in the shake itself were the cookie pieces and chocolate chips. This was so upsetting as I was all pumped up and ready for what I thought would be a delicious shake. My husband got the C is for Cookie shake, and he said the same thing, the ice cream was bland. Unfortunately, after spending over $19 on two shakes (that are probably the size of a medium), I do not think we will be visiting Nan and Pops again. I gave them three stars because I feel everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so if you want to give them a try, maybe the other flavors are better, go for it! Please support your local business. Presentation was nice and so was the staff. However, I personally did my part, tried them out and am going to pass in the future.

First time here, Ice cream is pretty good. I gave them a 3 because customer service sucked the two girls in there had no smiles and they didn’t even greet us when we walk in.

Found this little ice cream shop while grabbing wings down the road and gave it a try. Wow! This place was great and the bubble waffles were sooooo good. I highly recommend this place to take care of your sweet tooth craving!

Very overpriced for the small serving size. If it tasted better it could be worth it but there are way better options out there for the price.

Expensive for what they are, they don’t open until 4 some days…even in the summer. The staffs demeanor is as cold as their AC. I was all for this place but they make it difficult to be a repeat customer.

I have been both a patron in their adorable shop and have also utilized them for catering for large groups. Whether they are serving ice cream for 1 or 100 people the quality and service are just as good. Great way to impress at your next gathering, don't forget this option that is always a crowd pleaser.
