I've been a customer of this office for a few years and everything has been great. I have multiple policies with SF and have just recently added a new vehicle. Did not replace any of the current ones I have just added a vehicle. Ever since this new vehicle was added it has been a nightmare. I cant tell you how many times I've had to follow up with Carly and let them know my auto payment was not deducted. Also I've caught my policies inactive meaning I'm driving g without insurance. The sole purpose to having an agent is to have a point of contact and someone who can advise if something is about to lapse or terminate but that does not work in this office. Another scenario is I have vehicles that are for show and are not driven, i asked to get different quotes on a specific vehicle and i told them i would be looking at other options but if i did not find what i was looking for i would come back. I called back today to reinstate this vehicle and the new policy is almost 250 more than my previous policy. When I asked Carly why the huge spike she responded with a horrible attitude. As if she's doing me a favor. Small business or even large business tend to forget they have their doors open because customers like me pay for their service it's not a "favor" also I dont need to be spoken to in such a way especially with the amount of money I spend with statefarm yearly. I've been a state farm customer since I'm 16 and will continue to be their customer just not with this agency. To any potential new customer I would advise to driver a few more miles and choose a different agent.

I have been a loyal customer since 2012. I love the Nancy Wolf Smith office since they are the best out here. They are very reliable and responsive. They care about their customers! I would highly recommend them in my sleep!

I just love this State Farm Agency. Their customer service is second to none. It’s just a joy when you walk in there. Everyone greets you with a smile and takes good care of you. They are also very knowledgeable with what ever your needs are. Mine is Auto and they are always very helpful in explaining all my options and help me select the best policy for my needs. Carley is FANTASTIC. She has a GREAT personality and always makes me feel like a friend. She knows her stuff and can simplify it for you so you understand. She is patient and always willing to have a great conversation to make me feel at ease and smile no matter what my day is like. I have never met Nancy (The Boss) and I mentioned that to Carley today. She said, “Well she just walked in, let me introduce you to her”. I felt honored. Nancy exemplifies what a great agency she has, by how she manages her great staff and by taken the time to meet me. I am so happy to be a customer here for over 15 years. BEST AGENCY EVER. Thank you Nancy, Carley and staff for being there and demonstrating what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE really looks like in this business.

No help when needed. Only get calls from them when they want to sell me more ins. Have called several times and get nothing but an attitude when I call.

State Farm Insurance provided me with superb customer service.
All the staff was very helpful and friendly but I’d like to specially highlight the work of Angela, my agent.
Angela was prompt, professional, courteous and listened to the needs I had in regards to insurance for my car and rental apartment -hands down the best insurance company I’ve ever dealt with-.

I just want to let everyone know how much I appreciate StateFarm for everything. I’ve been a loyal client for years and this was the first time in my life that I had to submit a claim due to the fact that my new car was stolen from me from my very own residence. My car was stolen on December 4,2018 and by December 27,2018 my insurance paid off my car and I was able to get a new car before the end of the year 2028, I rang in the New Year Happy because I had a new car and I still received a nice check from StateFarm! When I called to report my car stolen this agency was truly amazing and compassionate with me, I was destroyed and felt horrible. But StateFarm went well beyond my expectation and helped me with getting a rental car until my claim was resolved! Thanks Again StateFarm your staff is amazing especially Simone. I will never leave StateFarm in my life! I have rental insurance, car insurance and life insurance.

Literally most horrible experience ever.joined in august 2018 and got auto and life ins, was quoted an amount which changed weeks later and no one could figure out why and my agent said "ill call you in a few days" and never did. I called him and said what if my insurance cuts off and I’m driving around uninsured since I had to freeze my auto payments d/t them increasing and no one knowing why. He said "oh if they cancel you they'll let you know beforehand". For something that is your guys' fault? Extremely unprofessional and stressful. Called for a quote on a new car which I dont even own weeks ago and got the insurance cards for that car in the mail today. They replaced my current car with the one I got a quote on.one ive never seen in real life and will never own so had to freeze my payments again. The agents here are 0 help, Carli is the only one who knows how to do anything. Spoke with 24 hour line and the lady was shocked that Ive been through so much with this office and says its unacceptable. Will be changing to new agents office tomorrow.

Horrible customer service. Getting in touch with an agent is impossible, you call and they don’t answer the phone 8 out 10 times. I had an increase in my policy, I called to question it and to question my discounts and the lady knew NOTHING. She told me to call the 1800 phone number which they helped me with every single question I had. I informed them that we were waiting on the drive safe device to come in the mail, they texted OVER AND OVER again to say it was a final notice RIGHT AFTER I told them the device is going to come in the mail. They said the texting service should help with communication: NOTHING. What drives me insane is that these people do not answer the phone, looking into changing to another location. My payments are half the time all over the place, I spoke to another lady who had the same issue with them. I DO NOT sugest this office if you are one of those that like to be in contact regarding your policy because they will not answer you.
