NAPA Auto Parts - Performance Auto Parts, Lake Worth Beach FL

Placed a order last night, confirmation email it was ready this morning. When I got there it was not ready, two of the three parts I had to have for my WORK truck was not even in stock! NAPA you blew it, never again.

Napa has some of the worst parts in the market. I purchased a set of rear drums and shoes. The shoes had a core charge on them due to being rebuilt. After performing the brake job the back of the truck was shaking like crazy due to the drums being warped right out of the box. When I called to see if they could be exchanged I was told they didn't have any at that location and I could bring them back for a refund. When I showed up with the parts to be refunded I was fought with be one of the salesmen. Finally was given the refund and I went to a different parts store which had the drums for $25 cheaper there. Put those drums on and the truck didn't shake. Napa quality and their prices are terrible. I will say the other salesmen there seemed very professional to the other customers at the store though. I will not be giving any more of my money to Napa.

Unfortunately, Napa didn't have the tool I was looking for, however, Roberto at the front desk was very helpful and exhausted all his resources. Thanks.

I order a part there, and they where closing by the time i got there, they just ignored me, my first and last time there, will never come back.that's why napa.lost a lot of customers

They guys behind the counter know their stuff. I routinely pick up parts for my job from this store and they've saved me so much time and trouble.

Showed up at now 8: 56 PM and the guy behind the counter did the we closed move and didn't look up agan.

They couldn't find the part I needed AUTO ZONE is better. Only go here of you have a bigger type of truck tho in my opinion

Came here to replace my battery on my 01 Suburban. I was helped by Brian who loaned me tools to to remove and replace my battery in my truck. He also checked to see if my old battery was still under warranty which it wasn't. But got a great deal on the replacement battery. Will definitely be back here for my future auto part needs.

I was a mechanic in New Hampshire for many years. We did not have any so called discount auto parts store, Napa was the go to place. A place for professionals. I worked at a Napa store also. Yes I like what I ordered.
