NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company, Brandon FL

Always come to this Napa and the manager walks around giving very angry looks. Bad place to come. Please stay away if you are looking for the right parts.

Yesterday I went to NAPA with my 80 year old mother-in-law to buy front disc brakes and rotors for her 2012 Ford Fusion. We Were greeted and assisted at the counter by Nate who quickly looked up the correct parts. Nate even went over and beyond the call of duty by personally helping carry the parts to our car. We were able to purchase the parts at a great discounted price and Nate was a pleasure to work with. He made our purchase experience quick and easy.

Will definitely consider NAPA for future auto parts needs.

I've been going to this particular Napa auto parts store for many years and they always have what I'm looking for. The staff at the store are always very friendly and willing to help find and recommend the right product for the job at hand.

Great place to shop for your vehicles needs, a bigtime store with alot of choices. They've staff is always ready to assist you.

Had almost everything that I needed. Seems that automotive parts stores keep getting smaller and smaller.

The only person working was too busy working on another customer's car to even acknowledge I was there. I tried to find the bulbs I needed on my own, but their packages aren't marked with volts & wattages - you have to know the product number of what you need. Advanced Auto Parts is right down the street; I should have gone there first to because they helped me right away.

Ryan Bowman was a fantastic help, very knowledgeable and went way out of his way to help. Above and beyond satisfactory customer service if I could give 10 I would, this young man deserves a raise!

Most call a place like this when they are on a pinch.if your part is not in stock you best come pay first OR they wont order the part, the NAPA delivery truck was about to leave the main warehouse when I called. I needed a crank shaft sensor.they got the part to the store before I could get there my self.impressive customer service always have hard to fin bolts and 0 rings visit them soon.

Great customer service very helpful never seemed rushed and made an effort to make sure I found what I needed.

Had issues with an o ring and was overheating. They were all so helpful. I could not have broke down in a better place. You're all the best! Thanks again

Needed a short piece of fuel line. Under a foot. No charge! I'll be back, only because they know how to treat you!
