NAPA Auto Parts - J & K Auto Parts, Fort Myers FL

I just had the best experience I've ever had in a retail store. My company Aries Refrigeration have used this Napa for years for our Auto Parts needs and shop supplies. I am an HVAC tech with the company however my boss asked me to do a little light body work on one of our service trucks. So yesterday I went in and bought Bondo from Brian and went about my business. I didn't ask him too many questions because I didn't want to make it seem like I didn't know what I was doing. So I bonded the roof yesterday and today whenever I came back to sand it the product was flaking off and cracking off and was just terrible. So with great frustration and despair I drove back up to the Napa and met with Brian again this time I laid it all out for him and told him everything that I had done and about my lack of skill level and what have you. Brian was patient and heard me out was an active listner then went on to give me a complete lesson on how to professionally do Bondo on any Automotive surface. I was absolutely positively blown away with his professionalism and his ability to take ownership in my issue and not make me feel like like a complete loser because I didn't know how to properly install Bondo. Brian went way above and beyond what I was expecting to happen when I went to the Napa today. I've had multiple encounters with Brian and no matter how busy they are or what's going on in the store (and that place gets very hectic) he always stays cool calm and collected and keeps a smile on his face. His actions show just how much pride he takes in his job there and how he represents Napa and all the product lines they sell.
In this day and age it's very rare to have this type of experience in a retail environment. This is why my company and I will be Napa customers for life. Once again, Brian, thanks so much for the wonderful experience today and for taking the time to help me and providing a solution to my problem. I can most definitely see you in a C level position one day with NAPA!

Walking into NAPA Auto Parts on Boyscout Drive with a lone wiper blade and a look of utter confusion, I was immediately taken under the wing of Larry. Not only did he promptly locate the exact part I needed, but he also went the extra mile, literally, by mounting the wiper blade for me! Larry's outstanding service truly embodies the essence of the ultimate VIP treatment. A big shoutout to Larry and the team at this location. Good place to go on a Sunday when the competitor is closed for renovations. Friendly staff n clean place to shop

Devin is a true asset to this store! I called to see if they were able to make a hydraulic line. He said "of course". He told me his shift ended at 4, if I was going to be later let him know and he would stick around. Said it would take him a couple of minutes.
He was true to his word. We used another napa last week that took 2 hours for lines! Devin is a true professional! Great job!

Even before my work with AAA, I've been a fan of NAPA. I am willing to say that, as long as you go within regular business hours with a part in mind, they are willing to help you find it. Great for battery replacement and windshield wipers too, since both go so quickly in this area. Salty air and humidity ruin our cars! Let alone severe weather.
Oh, and please, recycle especially oil bottles; responsibility is all of ours. We can be safer drivers if we visit places like this and get JUST what you need. Easy peasy. Stay safe and Happy GREEN Earth day.

This store has never let me down. I have ordered some old and odd parts. The people behind the counter are friendly and patient. The only auto part store for me.

Sent my 16 year old daughter to get a new battery here. You put it in her backseat and let her leave, rather than replacing it for her. Who does that? What a joke.

Great place for parts but the service is horrible! There was a man & woman both at registers when we got there with only 1 person in line and we had to wait 30 mins just to be served!
