Napa know how. The girl helped me with pulling starters even though I wasn't buying them just to where I can look.the bolts on my Chevrolet pick up we're too long. I bought a mini starter the bolts are shorter.she helped me out big time. Call them up the prices aren't much different and AutoZone and advance a lot better customer service. Because they will go out of their way. At least the girl today did.

Hey, really great people, good customer service, and my online order was ready as promised.
They honored my battery's warranty even though I had bought it over 3 years ago out in Colorado, with no argument.

One thing that really impressed me is that the staff had a number of repeat customers come in while I was there, and they knew their names. Only the type of service you get with staff that have been there awhile, staff who care and staff who go above and beyond.

I will be coming back for all my automotive needs.

Great place for parts always have what I'm looking for and if not super fast delivery to the store usually never have any problems when I have to make a trip

Well stocked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me match a cooling system oring.

Called to make sure they had parts for our van. The csr stated that yes they do take it and to show the AAA Card at the counter and get the 10%discount. Well when I went to the store the other csr was not sure how to do so and aaked for help for an older guy and informed her that she don't need to put it on there that's fine. I asked the guy why not and he said because it's already applied on it. I showed him the receipt where it said to show your AAA Card for a discount but no where on the receipt did it show the discount for a AAA Member.
