NAPA Auto Parts - Precision Auto & Truck Parts Inc, West Palm Beach FL

I went there today and the lady behind the counter tested my battery said your batteries perfect no problems then when I went to Pep Boys brought a new battery went back to my truck it started right up no problems she didn't even flinch when I said I already tested it I could only get a jump off the battery just changed the alternator so know it wasn't a problem I would not recommend this place they suck All I have to say is SOME PEOPLE'S KIDS SHM F NAPA

This napa always has those hard to find items
And if they dnt have it they'll get it
Very knowledgeable staff as long as you give them the right information you're going to get the correct part

I had a part that couldn't be found and NAPA had it. The staff member that assisted was knowable of her store and product.

Reasonable price auto parts store competing hard against the other auto parts store but it's always a great place to go when you need to really hard to find parts for that motor and your old tractor something rare that's spot to go

Horrible customer service. I saw an associate light a cigarette inside the store, took two hits and smoke his cigarette by the exit door as he stood inside. The other associate yielded that she didn't know how much oil was in this customer cars as he was trying to get oil and parts for an oil change. One guy behind the cash register completely ignore two of my questions for some oil. Another associate was sitting down behind the front desk as customers where comming in to thw store. Is this private operated store? If not thay need to review tjeir customer service protocol.

Great place to waste hours waiting for the oldest guy on earth to look through a computer catalogue to tell you they don't have your part.

A very clean and neat organized shop or store the personnel is excellent very intelligent and outgoing they always make sure I find the right part. Very friendly and polite will offer you help carrying things out

Needed a radiator for my wife's SUV and after calling many auto parts stores I found this store had the best price. $75 lower than everyone else! Store was clean, well organized and the clerk was very informative, helpful and shared some valuable tips for my project. Very pleasant experience!

Was so terrible that I wouldn't come back. One hour in a line and still no help. Have to leave with no oil filter
