Naples Bay Resort

What an amazing Resort! Everyone, and I mean Everyone, was extremely nice and accommodating. We felt so welcomed! The rooms itself was very clean, spacious and beautiful. As it was my birthday, I received a bottle of champagne and birthday card signed by the staff- a small but very appreciated kind touch! Hope at the concierge was awesome! Can't wait to return.

The resort is beautiful inside and out. It has great dining spots on site and is also a perfect distance from other restaurants, the mall, beach, and downtown Naples.also the staff members are very kind and friendly.

The resort was beautiful! Each person we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The shuttle drivers not only took us to various places they even recommended some and provided us with a bit of history.
We has such a great time visiting the pool area and eateries.
My husband and I also enjoyed the spa and the massages were AMAZING!
Can't wait to return for another pampering stay!

I stayed a week at Naples Bay resort with friends. The first room we were in had cockroaches. Initially we saw one, called the front desk, and were told it is Florida but would send someone to spray. I live in FL and know that doesn’t mean you have roaches in your space. We tried to enjoy our time and put it past us after they sprayed. Well turns out we were wrong because we learned there were many roaches! We woke up to some in the hallway and one person even had one crawl over her while sitting on the couch. We ended up having to bring a manger over to look at the roaches because the front desk just kept saying they would send someone to spray. We were moved to a new room which was a downgrade from our booked room but at least no roaches. The room itself was not clean. We found half eaten pretzels under the table in the living room and ants all over the kitchen. The resort charges $160 cleaning fee but the staff is not cleaning properly. The linens looked dirty and the room just wants up to what I expect at a resort.
The next issue we had was the miscommunication we received while staying. The front desk would tell us we had to go to the lobby for shuttle pickup and the drivers would say they can come directly to your cottage. We didn’t have internet in our room either. When trying to connect t wifi it kept saying to download xfinity. Instead of the staff listening to our issue they sent someone to help us type in the guest password, the password wasn’t the issue, the wifi for that area was not activated. For a trip that was supposed to be relaxing these things just made it more stressful.
The drivers were super friendly, some of the staff from the bar were wonderful (some jus didn’t seem to care since 20% gratuity was already included). The spa was amazing.
I definitely wouldn’t return though. It is a shame because the resort had potential.

Nice resort, but my cottage had roaches and ants. After having the cottage sprayed twice, I finally requested a manager to come to my cottage to see the roaches. I have never vacationed where roaches crawled on me while sitting on the couch or were in the shower with me. Totally unacceptable! I did get a new cottage after the managers's visit, but the new cottage also had ants. We kept all of our food in the refrigerator to prevent the ants from getting to it. We didn't feel comfortable cooking food and sitting it down, for fear of the ants taking over.

The resort charge a $160 cleaning fee when you depart, but both of my cottages were dirty upon arrival. I had to clean crumbs out of the refrigerator, clean a dead mosquito off the bathroom wall and clean hair out of both showers.

There are several entrances to the pool, but they kept them all locked. I had to pass three entrances to get to the main entrance. That didn't make sense, since all the gates worked with a key card. Not sure why that functionality wasn't working.

The staff were nice and helpful, but they all gave different information. They were not on the same page. I think they need some training.

The resort has great potential to be a 5 star, but they have some work to do!

What a vacation! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is so helpful and nice. The pools were fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful resort located 2 minutes from Naples Historic 5th Ave.shopping and dining district. This resort has it all including rental boats, dining facilities, day spa, excellent workout facility, tennis courts, pools for adults as well as kids. Valet parking, shuttle service, pool-side dining and beverage service, excellent, modern update rooms etc. Service is outstanding. This was my second stay here and will likely come again.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure!

Excellent service, very clean and spacious. The concierge Hope was Amazing! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her recommendations (food/beach) were very helpful and helped us enjoy our stay. Definitely will return to this beautiful hotel.

I have never interacted with customer service as rude as this resort. Never again will I put effort into communicating with this place

I was better than expected because people classify it to being for older peoplebut if you want quite romantic and laid back with good food, people you'll enjoy it.

Very good price considering what you get. You have to pay alot of somewhat hidden fees when you leave, such as cleaning fees, admin fee, wifi and complimentary shuttle fees.if a shuttle is complimentary, why do you pay?

Beautiful and modern with all you need to enjoy, restaurant, spa, bars, great pool area. I will be back soon

Wow, what a fabulous weekend. The attention to detail was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a big box of Godiva Chocolates and just were thrilled with the unit. We stayed in the cottages, C104 and were in awe of how beautifully it was decorated. It was definitely professionally decorated and the attention to detail was amazing. Ever our dog had a toy to play with. I was asked after the first 24 hours by Rudolf if everything was going well and is there anything they could have done better. I said unequivocally, no. Even down to the baby wipes provided in the bathroom. Yes, I went there but I appreciated it. From the gym, lazy river, movie night by the pool, we didn’t want to leave the property! As Arnold says, “we’ll be back”! Thank you, thank you! Your customer service was like none I have ever experienced. Exceptional!
