Resident discount is a fraudulent discount. You will pay the same price as shown online. We booked for a Friday at $279 (weekday rate for every, resident or non-resident). This price is the price, plus state tax, county tax and fuel. No resident discount was ever applied. When I politely questioned the young dark haired kid behind the counter about the discount I was met with “huffs” and “eye rolls. ”
We do not mind paying full price, however, advertising a FAKE discount is an insult to your resident customers and the rudeness is unacceptable.
We frequently rent boats in the area and because of the blatant disrespect, we won’t be back.
The guys at the valet and dock were awesome!

Top Notch! We did the half day weekday special! The free valet met us at the drop off, the dock team unloaded our stuff and loaded the boat. Keewaydin island was a 45 min cruise and was amazing. Drop off was easy, no surprise charges, and they even helped unload. Why buy a boat when these guys treat you so well. We will be coming back again (no service like this in Miami). Full day rental next time for sure.

I've been renting here for years. Nice place to rent a boat. The only reason for the four stars is because some of their boats aren't maintained to well. I took out the Everglades Center console and the motor was having issues. However, the staff was very helpful & accommodating. They delivered a new boat right to my location within 25 minutes, gave me a discount on the rental fee and didn't charge me for fuel which I appreciated.

Naples Bay Resort Boat Rentals was wonderful. We were accidentally late bringing the pontoon boat in, and they couldn’t have been kinder. (Also didn’t charge us extra.) The manager George Fleming is great, and the way he treats customers is sure to bring us back. We had a great day and saw lots of dolphins! I highly recommend going here if you’re looking to rent a boat.

The boat was in poor condition. The hand rail was falling off. The seats were not attached in anyway or held to stay in place as they should be with under seat woodpieces that fit inside edge of hole to prevent shifting. Staff nice, but injury occurred and bad bruising on back and hip areas from poorly maintained boat.

The boat had inadequate seating - they slid and moved as the boat was in a no wake area and when encountering a wake - slid off completely which put my family member into the storage area underneath on two occasions! I slid off the back seat of the hurricane 24 ft because of same situation but did not lose the seat completely and fall through. They charged us for a full day for less than 4 hours. The staff of young men were nice.
