Had a great experience getting a bike fit done with Greg Pelican for my new tri bike. He is professional, knowledgeable and provides a fantastic service. My fit included before and after video and a table of measurements I can use for other bikes. I was ready to go even a little more aggressively into aero after a week and Greg was accommodating and made further adjustments for me without incurring another charge (I believe you have 60 days from the fit to make further adjustments if needed). I highly recommend this service- both as a competitive triathlete and as a physical therapist. You will be faster- and more efficient. Money well spent!

The Naples Cyclery is an amazing place fir sll bike related needs. You can get bike advice, buy bike gear, service your bike, and even have some beer and food! The staff is extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The service team is always so helpful and fix your bike very quickly. Best bike shop in town!

Ordered bikes for weekend was told they would drop off 10AM Saturday called for them at 1: 15 and was told the 10Am time was "approximate". Given I paid for full day asked for refund given it's half day and I still don't have a bike and was told "no refunds". There are a TON of bike delivery places here if you are coming with kids and family do not rent here. They are not reliable and don't care about service. Don't bother reading the fine print - they will remind you when you call to try and find your bikes that have not come.

Please spare yourself the trouble! Cold unfriendly people, have no clue about who answers their phone & makes false promises about their inventory. I drove a whole hour in traffic to get there only to be met by a very mean man who just wanted to get rid of me by telling me that they're closing soon. The equally unfriendly & cold woman was totally clueless & cold. Don't even bother.

The least helpful bike shop experience ever and the worst staff. We were super disappointed with our experience here while visiting.

I showed up to rent bikes.here's how it went:
ME: I was told I should find you to rent bikes
STAFF: Walks away shaking head
ME: (walking to catch up) Wait.do you guys rent bikes?
STAFF: You have to rent online.
ME: I can't just rent here? I have to get on my phone, rent them, then come to you?
STAFF: No.you can't.
ME: Um, why not?
STAFF: You have to rent 24 hours in advance. (shakes head and continues to walk away)
I Googled "bike rentals near me" found Big Mommas Bike Shop down the road.they were fantastically friendly, rented me bikes on the spot for a lower rate and didn't nickel and dime me for extras like a helmet.

I found the bike I wanted took a spin bought it all with in 15 minutes John was a great salesman by the time I got home they delivered the bike an extremely painless experience and I have a great bike

Thanks Haley for the exceptional service. Haley took very good care of me when buying a new E Bike. She went above and beyond. This kind of service is very difficult to find these days. If you need a bike or accessories you should go see her!

A business that is willing to be rude to a woman (of any age or color) is no place where my wife and I will spend our money. We had visited this shop a few years back when shopping around and found it to be quite pleasant. I'm not sure what has happened to this shop but the 'comfy small town bike shop' feeling is no longer there. My wife had gone in and inquired about a bicycle she was interested in and was berated by a middle-aged man she described as being 'short with an attitude and lots of jewelry'. She genuinely believed she had the right name of a model bike she was looking at but was scorned by this man for 'wasting his time' asking about bikes they do not sell there. I don't care how busy you are, if you're business offers a service, you should never bring a belittling attitude to the table when a customer is confused or wrong. We will not be shopping here or dining at their cafe again.

I went in today because my spokes needed adjustment as some were loose and giving me a clicking noise. The tech told me he wouldn't work on my bike because it was electric. I find it odd that the spokes on an electric bike (front wheel) are different than a normal bike. The rear wheel after all is the drive wheel but even that wouldn't matter. Oh well, there are other places close by who most likely would love my business.

I have been dealing with Naples Cyclery for 17 years. They are the best for quality and repair.

Jamie and Haley were both extremely friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in the store. I purchased new shoes and Haley even offered to install the cleats for them for free. I highly recommend this store and will be back for all of my future cycling needs.

I tried renting from another bike store several months before my arrival in Naples and two weeks out was told that they had no bikes. I immediately reached out to to Naples Cyclery and confirmed my rental. The bikes were dropped off to my location at the time promised and the staff was always polite, professional and just plain old nice. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Highly recommend!
