Naples DMV

Even during COVID-19 this DMV was great! Everyone is so helpful, polite, & it’s so clean! Plus so fast and efficient for every service!

Very well run. Short wait at 11: 00. Few masks on employees, but they have a clear shields in place.

I have to take a drivers test on the 18th of this month (July) do they still do them of course with mask and all the regulations they require? Please let me know ASAP

Very good/professional service. Needed to transfer an out of state driver
license. Took 25 minutes! Easy Peasy.

Unprofessional, rude, not sure why people work with an attitude. Just asked questions because I was concerned and confused.and no one helped.

Very bad service. Front desk people are discouraging (ex.your 3 mins late for the driving test - 4: 03 pm is not bad!) wait time is long. Not worth. Just to change one small thing (eg.address on license) and long waiting?

This is not a good place. Id prefer to go elsewhere where things are better.

A trip to the DMV is never warmly anticipated unless you're 16 and getting your license for the first time.
They have an efficient system but you could be waiting a long time depending on which counter you're waiting for.

This place is the place where the dumbest people of the dumbest people get a job and then sit on their hands. Horrible government workers that don’t care about you. Shocking right that the government doesn’t care about you lol.

Do not go here for a passport! They will turn you away for the most trivial reasons. Ex. The processor is overwhelmed and says she will not be processing any more passports today.

We can’t process a passport after 4. Why not you close at 6, can’t you just verify my document and process them in the morning?

Sigh, never heard of a bussiness that continually turns down money.

Wish I could post a sign of their hand written sticky note about not processing passports bc the employyee decided she couldn’t do anymore today.

Tighten up Naples!

I am new to Naples, and didn't realize it would be a process getting a new driver's license and license plates for my car. The lady I spoke with was nice enough, but she kept using 9/11 as the reason for needing proof of citizenship. It was not the experience I expected to have and now have to go obtain a bunch of information that it taking time and effort to find. If, once I find all of this information, I have a better experience, I will update my review. But right now, not impressed.

Quick and painless! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I waited 3 hours for a license renewal at the DMV in NC! Wednesday and Thursday mornings are great times to come.

Was treated professionally, and rather quickly at your location. Every one greeted us with a smile and great service. Thank you, Migene was excellent. Shout out to Adi for her help too. Thank you very much.

The best dmv experience of my life. Courteous staff, short wait, very pleasant experience. Very nice employees.

Very Organized, looks like an airport, clean waiting area with seats. Cons: Nobody answers the phone, line just rings and goes to a full mailbox.

Clean, super well organized and the people are helpful. They even reminded me to pick up a beach sticker while I was there! Great experience.

Waited for over 2 and a half hour for just a driver test. Can't get worst than this.
They should start taking appointments so you wouldn't waste your time

Poor customer service! Asked a simple question about my driver's license. (Asked if i would get actual photo i.d. Today) and the clerk would not answer the question; instead she answered with "sit down and you'll be called back up in a few moments". When photo erased off machine, the clerk seemed irritated that she had to pull it up on her screen. When signed for license, she asked me not to lift the signature pad even though I could not see it otherwise. Not a pleasant experience.
