Naples Fireplaces

If I could rate this sham of a business less than one star I would. Made several appointments with these shysters to have the fireplace we chose to be installed and no one ever showed up. Cannot think of anything else going on other than crooks cleaning money through this flim-flam operation. STAY AWAY!

We received our fireplace today and although there were delays due to our humid weather and difficulty painting in humid weather we are beyond thrilled. We chose Modern Flame for our fireplace itself. Scott was exceptional to work with.

I purchase a expensive fireplace from Naples fireplace. I used the fireplace twice and it stopped working. I contacted Scott at Naples Fireplace and he told me I should contact Dimplex for the part that is going out on all of their fire places. He told me once I.get the part I should contact him to install. So after waiting 6 months for the part I called when it arrived. Scott did not get back to me for a month so I contacted him. He then told me simplex will not get back to him about covering installation so I should call them? !
He took our money and refuses to back the product at all that he sold us. I would never purchase a fireplace from Naples Fireplace again. I'm writing this review so no one has to deal with what has been a two year deal.

Brian was great. Had a little problem with the first installation in that the set was a bit small for the opening. Brian took care of it without protest. Very satisfied with the service and overall experience. Highly recommended.
