UPDATE: tried working with them, the owners wife said oh we did a lot for you when it was in here for service for free.i said yes you did, but 2 weeks later it's broke again.i even offered to have them purchase this one for "chinese parts" and they were so rude, she hung up on me.

BUYER BEWARE, and THEY WON"T BE INTIMIDATED.it's not intimidation, it's called let's work this out fairly.their response was *CLICK*

Actually, i'm going to try to reach out one more time, but doubt anything will be done. Had my cart less than 2 years, they fixed it once, and within 6 weeks it's completely dead again.the 1st repair took over 3 mos.and they swapped out Trojan Batteries when there was NOTHING wrong w/ the charging system.now dead again, won't move.

HORRIBLE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just called to inquire on a 4 seater lithium battery golf cart and the Asian lady who answered the phone didn’t know the difference between gel battery and lithium, stating to me that it was the same. Once I corrected her and told her it was not the same thing, she was very rude and hung up on me. I’ve been trying to call back to finish my inquiry with a manager or anyone else qualified to help, plus get on the waiting list for a cart, she answered, hung up on me right away, and wont answer the phone to the shop anymore, so I left a voicemail. I would love for a manager to reach out to me. I’m very interested and this employee was rude, plus had disgusting behavior as well. I’m definitely reaching out to The Better Business Bureau about this business if I don’t hear from anyone. I wish I’d recorded the phone conversation so you guys can hear how horrible this person was. She shouldn’t be answering your phones and giving people information she clearly knows nothing about.

I want to thank Tim and his staff at Naples Golf cart for hooking us up with an amazing Star golf cart. I was impressed with the slick body style, digital speedometer, wheels, and safety features. This cart is FAST and very fun to drive around the golf course or cruise around the neighborhood. Tim helped us throughout the entire process and gave us updates when the vehicle was being constructed He answered all of our questions and gives us support if need anything. Tim is a cool guy and if you are considering buying a Star or other vehicle definitely check out Naples Golf Cart!

Then, we arrived with a trailer that was too short but the whole team came out to get it positioned securely and safely so we could take our new vehicle home! Love the eCart Fusion 4 love this team. So I ordered a 2021 eCart Genesis 4 passenger for $7499 from Naples Golf cart for my husband birthday!
I received a 2021 Star Capella 4 passenger retail at $8499 a better quality cart and more expensive because the Genesis model was out of stock and Tim rather take a loss then spoil my husband birthday day. No one in this town does that kind of staff. I highly recommend Naples Golf Cart! Great team!

After a bumpy beginning, a good middle and then a horrible pickup I had made up my mind about Naples Golf Cart and it wasn't good. After thinking about it I sent an email explaining what had happened. Cass reached out to me immediately. Cass was prepared to move mountains to make things right. I appreciate her quickness to amend the problem and her heartfelt concern about my experience. Thank you Cass for turning things around for me not once, but twice. You definitely give 5 star service.

I have been looking for a Star SiRius 4 passenger with all seats facing forward for quite some time. I met Nancy back in July 2020 and kept in contact with her for the following 6 months. She was able to come up with the exact vehicle I was looking for in JAN 2021 and I took delivery in mid-FEB 2021. Nancy is very personable and a great Sale Woman. She was wonderful to deal with and is very honest and respectable. I would not hesitate to go see her if you are looking for a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) She runs a high quality dealership and has wonderful technicians as well as a great sales staff. Five Stars all the way to NAPLES GOLF CART!

I love the interior of the dealership very clean, simple, easy to navigate first class I guess It’s the same concept as the Mercedes Benz dealership
I hope they get the exterior of the building done soon because it looks like an old hunted house. Parking is a bit difficult.
But every one is super nice. The carts are beautiful You can sit in all the golf cars and see all the colors and features! They pay enough attention to answer my questions but aren’t “too present and pushy”. Love the ZIPPY my all time favorite!

Gave a 1 deserves a zero! The owner Cass states that she could not find any document from the purchase of the golf cart. LOOK AT THE PICTURE BELOW IT HAS A COMPANY VAN WITH THERE LOGO IN THE BACKGROUND! Don’t use this company. My special needs uncle bought a custom golf cart from them in 2020. Now the company won’t send the title and purchasing paperwork. We have called and called and have been hung up on and lied to. We can’t plate the golf cart to drive it around because of having no plates. After multiple contacts we still don’t have the information. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Now my special needs uncle can’t even drive his very expensive golf cart. Horrible horrible company! While living in Florida we didn’t need plates but when we moved to Alabama we did! We have contacted the BBB!

Just bought a 6 passenger eCart golf cart. It has great speed, LED turn signals, Roy-Poy lithium ION batteries, Blue tooth speakers and so on. We received great customer service and look forward to lots of beach trips with all our gear and grandsons for years to come. This is a great staff and very helpful crew.

They are out of stock on Lost if their Hugh performance parts.but I did ordre the attack handlebar and it is a wonderful change to the bike

Tim was kind enough to refer me to another dealer when he didn’t have the Use cart I was looking for and I was able find it and make the purchase. That’s what an honest dealer would do and I was impressed and highly recommend Naples Golf Cart.

I had to give a one to be able to post review but I would actually give a zero! We purchased a brand new golf cart for our special needs brother Rich while we lived in Naples Florida from ECart USA. While in Florida we did not have to plate it to use we moved to Alabama and to use here it needs to be registered and plated so we took all purchasing paperwork to the license branch and found out we don’t have what we need. We contacted ECart USA and have had nothing but frustration. First the owner Cass said that we didn’t buy it there because she doesn’t have any paperwork showing the transaction, so we had to get a copy of the cashiers check and send to her. Now she is stating that she sent us what we need mind you this was two months ago and we still haven’t received paperwork. She will not talk to us since stating she sent paperwork so we contacted to BBB.
