Nice stay but doesn’t worth almost $900 a night a suite in the beginning of November The bathroom was not well cleaned and the SPA was a bad experience. They don’t have a SPA pool, only a hot tub and the “meditation room” was cold that i definitely couldn’t relax. Also one of the worst massages ever, for both of us (we had a couple massage and neither was good) They need to improve in the SPA team area and room service which never answered the phones.
Other than that location is great, they have a nice walk path to the beach and nice set up there. Great service in the restaurant, even that the food choices are few.

My room was not ready when I arrived so I thought I would grab lunch at Mantra. I met Ana Assis who was tending bar. She assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed with anything I would order from their menu. She was right, I had a Caesar's salad with chicken. The next day she saw me and asked if I was going to have dinner. Of course I said yes and I asked her about their sushi. Again she said I wouldn't be disappointed. She was right. Ani was pleasant and always checking up on me during my meal. She's a real asset to the Naples Grande Beach Resort.

I'm giving Naples Grande Resort a 2 star review for a few reasons. But let me start with the pros: the spa is beautiful, I probably had the best facial I've ever had (from Nikia), and the staff there was lovely. The cons: My husband booked this resort for my birthday, mainly because of their spa and a dire need to relax, and because Naples is quick drive from where we live. He booked through a third party site that allows the hotel to decide what room you get. Totally fair. I didn't know he did that, would've dissuaded him from it. When we got to the resort and saw we were on the lowest floor, right past "sales and marketing, " and overlooking valet.with two queen beds, we called down to see if we could upgrade to a king sized bed // another room. We told them we'd pay. It's my birthday weekend, we wanted something a bit different. We were told we couldn't upgrade. That first night, we had to call maintenance because the sinks wouldn't drain and the toilet was on the fritz. It smelled like mildew and patchouli in there, which made it feel weirdly unclean. People were coming in from being out and about, and while trying to have a nice relaxing moment on the balcony, kind of impossible with the raucous below. The next day, we went to the pool, which was very nice. Service was great poolside, absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say. When we got BACK from the pool, we were very confused. It appeared that housekeeping had been there, because our bed was made. But trash was still there, glasses from the bar we brought up were still in there, and even grosser.there was trash on our balcony. Plastic silverware and napkins and two balloons. We would've left that night because we don't live too far, but stayed through the night. Bottom line is.don't book a third party stay there, because they'll put you in one of the worst rooms they've got apparently. When we showed them the picture of the trash on our balcony at checkout, the girl basically said, "Hm, weird. I'll check with housekeeping. " What did we care at that point, we were on the way out? Their inability to offer any kind of solution when we checked in, coupled with the flippant response when we showed the trash-filled balcony upon checkout, and the amount of money we ultimately did wind up spending at the resort.makes it a no for me, for our next trip to Naples.

My boyfriend and I were going on our first vacation since pre-pandemic, and I was planning to meet his parents for the first time (which is stressful enough). We made a reservation at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, and were very unhappy with the overall quality of the room. We called to switch the room, and the hotel had a villa available. However they were unable to make the swap in their system. Their explanation was that the system would not let them do it. The lack of customer service was appalling!

There were also several other things that were immediately wrong with the stay. When we first got there, none of the food items we previously ordered were present. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling wine a month in advance. Neither of these were in the room. We were also given a room with two small beds in it. Again, not ideal. The tv wasn’t working. We were in room 1819, but everything in the room was programmed for 1818. I think this contributed to some of the television malfunctions. Lastly, the door was very difficult to manipulate, and I am a very petite person. I was unable to close the door on my own. Overall things were very old and dingy. It wasn’t like the pictures at all.

We ended up checking out quickly after we checked in, (less than an hour) and made a reservation at the Inn on Fifth.

Overall, we were very disappointed with the accommodations at Naples Grande Beach Resort.

I love this hotel, although my son said the area to the water slide smells horrible, and it needs cleaning. Just wear water shoes. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful.

This resort was really nice. Pool, restaurants, and rooms were excellent. We ate at the bar one night and it was great. Drinks were made well. We will definitely stay here again!

The elevator to the lobby and to bring your suitcases up is broken so that was a HUGE pain for us. We saw multiple people bringing their suitcases up the stairs, through the pool, and then up more stairs just to get to the lobby. Our room wasn't cleaned the only time we asked it to be but not a big deal. So the up and down wasn't very fun but everything else was just about perfect. Pool closes at ten. Resort fees include bike rentals, towels, shuttle to clam pass and we had a great time. All the staff was very helpful.

This Resort is very nice for the area. I have enjoyed the stay so far. I love walking to the beach or hitching a ride on a golf cart. The Clams Pass access is great for shelling or relaxing. The food and drinks are a little pricey but that is what grocery stores are for! Hotel room was clean and smelled good.

I was here today and I do not smoke, there is a fine of 750 for smoking evidence, they charge but don’t show any evidence, anyways they have to be better in that case because the fine is 750 it’s more than the night room cost. Everyone was agreed except the manager. The only nice thing o found was the restaurant very good

This hotel is so far my favorite one! I love being there, it's so peacuful. Despite the beach is not right there but with a 2-min trip. I love this hotel's amenities and restaurants. I wish I could go more often

Our first stay here and it was with a work event. Perla at the pool bar was wonderful. Food was good. Spa was good, although small, but well appointed. Room was nice and the view was great. Loved the boardwalk to the beach and the shuttle was nice!
