When I brought my 2021 Mazda in for an oil change and tire rotation, I also used that opportunity to use my first Naples Advantage package. I will say that since their carwash was broken it didn't look like really anything was done to my car, but I took it in stride as there was a sign telling me so. Not sure I'd bring the car in for that kind of detailing again, as it takes 5 hours, but like most people, if you can have a value like that added to your auto purchase, you should feel like it makes a difference after you get it done. Daniella was my service coordinator and she was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I had my car and was super pleasant. She also called me to tell me I left my water thermos and put it on the side the desk for me to pick up. Service was great!

Our salesman, Phil Falzarao, was very polite and knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles. He made taking over our current lease and setting up buying a new Mazda 3 carbon edition car a pleasant and smooth experience. I would highly recommend him to future buyers.

Increasing prices, decreasing services. Been going here for years: Oil/tire rotation was $60 up to a year or two ago. With free car wash. Now $117. No car wash. I knew it was time to stop going here when they quoted us $403.25 for spark plug replacement on a 2016 Mazda6 (1/7/23). Friend, those are about $6/ea for the premium iridium plugs. On a four cylinder vehicle this is maximum a 30 minute job. Goodbye.

Update (9/15/23) : The techs are tightening lug nuts down to TWICE the appropriate torque specs (hey guys, ever heard of a torque stick?). What an embarrassment of a service dept.

They push Extended Warranty as if it were mandatory and if you don't agree; they won't sell you the car or give you the price they advertise! A great staff; awful management! I have already called the State On this. The Internet Manager/Sales Manager is a CON-MAN!

Bradley helped me so much today! I had a rough weekend going through a car accident, hitting a refrigerator on I75 and totaling my car. But Bradley made buying this vehicle go so smoothly! Daniela at Naples Mazda was a superstar! I've been to different shops who couldn't properly diagnose my issue. Thanks to the expertise, my car was fixed rapidly and I was given a loaner car which decreased my stress significantly. Daniela made the entire process painless; she was extremely professional and kind. I'd recommend Naples Mazda anytime.

Totally wrong. I’ve been going on 3 months trying to get a second key made for my Mazda. So. First I was told I needed to go to locksmith to have the key cut. That was over 200. Then had to bring the key back to be programmed. You want over $250. To program key that’s one and a half hours labor charge. For something that only takes 10 minutes. According to the book. This is NOT customer service. It’s totally take advantage of customer. Total cost for an extra key is well over $500. Something for everyone to consider when buying Mazda.

Scheduled an appointment to see and hopefully finance a corvette that was in stock showed up the next day to find out it was sold and wasn’t notified at all waste of time and gas

Absolute thieves liars and crooks are incapable of fixing a problem with a brand new car every 2 months they have new managers and general managers and finance managers, Do not EVER go to this disgrace of a business it’s a sham of a business, Please do yourself a favor and don’t ever go to this business for a car
