So true to the men in Blue

I was driving through a school zone today (observing the speed limit) while another vehicle zoomed by me. The boys in blue handled the situation with total professionalism. I was very impressed.

We received unfair and unprofessional treatment by people who claim to represent the Naples police department. They refuse to accept card payment, only cash without proper explanation. Will not be coming back to Naples after being disrespected like this. The “Officers” who we encountered conducted themselves in the utmost unprofessional and unpunctual (yelling and bickering between each other) way possible and represented the naples police department in the poorest way possible…. A true embarrassment! If we could give them 0 starts we would.

They did my finger prints. Super professional. Super helpful. Very polite. They deserve a raise as they are in one of the countries richest neighborhood and are paid the worst. MAYOR you need address this. Especially because they are very good officers.

Thank you Naples Police Department for protecting and serving by giving me a ticket for a “suspended license” and ruining my night although my license was not suspended. Thank you to the person at the clerk of courts who checked my license the next morning and the judge who dismissed my case at the beginning of the zoom meeting.

We parked at the Naples Pier last night for 3.5 hours. We were 3 MINUTES late to our car and were issued a $77 parking ticket. I called the department and they said it's automatic; I did not receive any texts offering to extend my time on the parking meter (which I had signed up for). However, someone still prints out all this info and sticks it on your car, so this police department has absolutely NO GRACE and are just generating revenue from parking tickets. Also, the parking payment online DOES NOT WORK! I had to call and pay via phone. Absolutely ridiculous and completely asinine. My ticket was issued by officer number 0141. Shame on you!

After driving 100 miles and hour in a 15 and getting softly tackled by the young man and his 2 dogs he said "get down scrub! " It was the nicest thing anyone has said to me. 5/5 would do again. The room and board is also great i didnt get my one phone call they promise on the ads so 4 out of 5 stars

Followed a department SUV down 41 tonight. It was well after sunset. No vehicle lights on.no signal to turn right on 5th Ave.slow drive west on 5th Ave.no signal for a right turn on 3rd St.still no vehicle lights on. You are supposed to be an example for the community. TURN YOUR VEHICLE LIGHTS ON, AND USE THAT LEVER ON YOUR STEERING COLUMN, please.

Oh Rye Liegh, one of the the lieutenants, is courteous, respectful, and very understanding. If you are trying to resolve an issue with the Naples police department and the officers or sargeants are not resolving the issue to your satisfaction, ask to speak to the aforementioned lieutenant. I'm not guaranteeing you he will solve your issue to your liking as each issue has its unique variables, but he will at least approach your issue with an open mind and treat you with respect. I'm giving the police department 5 stars purely due to how this lieutenant treated me and resolved my issue.

To the pretty female police officer who wouldn't let me wait for my tow truck through my automobile service when there was no traffic behind me. I hope you had a better christmas than I did. The almost $200.00 It cost to put my car on the side of the road instead of waiting for my automobile service tow truck took all my christmas money. And I could not send my grandkids and kids presents. She said whosoever service comes first.
